Baffa Landscaping helped me make the recent home I purchased lovely from the outside. The previous owner left us huge weeds, a large downed limb on the property and generally an overgrown, wild yard that I feared would be impossible to tame. I purchased an 8 hour deal and it was money well spent. The transformation was amazing. I am proud of my yard now whereas before I was so embarrassed. Another landscaper gave me a quote for the same work at 7 times the price. Would definitely use again!

From start to finish, Nino, his foreman, Warren, and the other team members were prompt, courteous, helpful, professional, skilled, and just wonderful to work with. Even one of my neighbors complemented me on the work that Baffa Landscape Design did. My neighbor also shared that he thought the Baffa workers were "very nice men", who did an excellent job on beautifying my yard.

The ground cover was planted after the lawn was treated and prepared. The following spring the lawn came back, but this time in a different form. There were various types of grass as well as a large invasion of all sorts of weeds. I could barely see the ground cover, much of it must've been choked out. The whole reason I had ground cover planted was to end lawn maintenance. Nico came out to see what had happened to the lawn and offered me ideas on how to make it look better, but I just don't want to spend any more money. I spent $1,000 only to have a worse lawn return. He said he couldn't be responsible for nature taking its course. I've never written a negative review ever, but this is beyond the pale.

The guys arrived on time and I could not have expected better results.My place looks beautiful! Their efforts included pruning back large rose of sharon and hedge trimming and cleaning out old overgrown items. Two men spent approx 12 hours plus 10 cu. yards of mulch.

This is the second year I've hired them to do my lawn in the spring. They show up on time and work the full time. I've never had a problem with them and they are honest with their time and labor. They also do good work and I've always been satisfied with the final product. The men work hard. It is a little expensive, but it would take me hours if not days to do what they do and in the end, they do a better job.

We've lived in an old century home for over 50 years and it is surrounded by many trees, hedges, bushes, shrubs, fences, etc. After 50 years of cleaning everything each spring I finally reached an age where it is getting to be too much. I reached out to Baffa Landscape Design out of Wickliffe and am quite glad I did, Mr. Nino Baffa came by personally and scoped out the area and gave us a fair figure for the work involved. The following week several of his people came and performed an outstanding and thorough job. They were quite friendly and considerate and did a marvelous job of cleaning up prior to their leaving. Their hauling away of the mounds of detritus from the yard was worth the price of the job alone. We've also contracted their grass cutting service for the summer. We were very satisfied with the effort and professionalism exhibited by Baffa Landscape Design and hope to be able to work with them for quite some time. Donald

Shortly after moving into a new home in 2018, I recognized that the front walkway needed to have some of the pavers replaced. Nino responded promptly to my request for help with this project and gave a quote of about $1,200 for replacement of some deteriorating pavers. When his team member Warren arrived to do the work, Warren quickly realized that it would not be possible to approach the job as we had hoped. Most of the pavers were falling apart and couldn't be moved without deteriorating further. I needed all new pavers. Nino came quickly to discuss the change in events with me, and was sensitive to the change in cost. All new pavers would nearly double the cost of the project and he gave me all of my options with no pressure. I decided to move ahead with the new walkway / new pavers and Warren finished the job in a very timely manner despite needing to get more materials and spend much more time on my job. UPDATE: over the winter, a critter had burrowed under the new walkway and created havoc with the level of some of the new pavers. I asked Nino for help to restore the walkway, and he quickly agreed to do so, even though the damage was not attributable to the way in which his team had done the work initially. Nino is a good and fair partner and I will use him for any future landscaping needs.

I got Baffa's information on Angie's list. In the past we have had good luck. Not this time. I contracted with Baffa for snow plowing during the 2018/19 season. I paid for half the contract up front. Being an easy winter, he did not need to come out until this past Saturday, January 19, 2019. Someone showed up early in the day when the show was just getting geared up. Great! Then when the snow got really bad, no one came back. The following day, the drive was still not plowed at 11:30AM and my son got stuck in drive trying to get to work. I sent Nino a text at noon, with no response. I went out to run errands and even my AWD had difficulty getting out of the drive. At 3PM, my wife called and left a message that due to no one showing up, I now had to go out and snow blow the driveway myself. We had drifts of a foot and higher in some spots. Now it is two days later, and still no response from Baffa. A third attempt to contact him was pointless since he did not answer and his voicemail box is full. I guess there are many other angry customers out there today. Baffa left us high and dry during a snow storm. I would like a refund. Total breach of contract!

It went well. Initially only the leaves were done, but when I contacted them they were out the next day doing the beds - great responsiveness. And the yard looks good!

I wouldn't hire this provider again. There were a couple of times he didn't show up. One of his guys hit the side of my house and when I told him, he just said okay. Overall it just wasn't a good experience.

Everything went well. Had to come back once for follow-up.

The deer and rabbits have been eating all my plants and I needed revamping of my backyard with colorful flowers and new bushes. It needed an uplift, so I looked on Angie's list for a company that was small and family friendly. I found Nino Baffa. I wanted someone to add heat and deer resistant plants. I had a limited budget so Nino was able to work with me recommending plants suitable for my yard within my budget. His crew came the day they said, were respectable and friendly and made sure some transplants were put in the correct areas I wanted then in. They communicated well and were neat and cleaned the area when they left. They also laid mulch in addition and was exactly where I wanted it laid and how much. I had a problem with my gate not closing correctly and one of his crew members fixed it so it closes easily now. That was very kind of him to take some of time to fix the problem. It was an excellent experience and very pleased of their work. They will be reseeding grass this fall. I would recommend this landscaping company.

I cannot say enough about this company. They are professional, personable, and punctual. When they got behind schedule because of rainy weather, instead of disappointing me, they arrived at 7:15AM to beat the rain! Hopefully, I will be able to use Baffa's services again in the near future. Nino and his crew, have it going on!!! Thank you.

I was told that Baffa was going to do a second fall-clean up for us at the end of November. It was not done. On 12/2 I followed up and was told that they would come within the week (which did not happen). On 12/8 I was told that the person "overlooked putting it in the route for this fall . . . it's getting late and [he] can't make promises based on the weather". I would not recommend for fall clean-up. They are not reliable.

Turned out quite good. They were a little late due some problems on their end, but I can't hold that against a company when the work turns out fine and was priced competitively. I will use again when I need work done at this location.

Excellent work! Price was a little higher than the other landscaping companies out there BUT the quality of work performed exceeded expectations. They are now my go-to guys for landscaping needs! Scheduling was easy, they came fast, got what I asked done, and they performed the work better than I was expecting.

Nino's crew has been stopping by weekly this season to mow our lawn. The team is very professional and provided great cuts, even in the parts of the yard that are more difficult to access. One day, their mower accidentally caused a window to break. Nino came over right away to address the issue and paid for all expenses to get the window replaced.
