Description of Work: We started with Baffa this summer (long story for the switch) and we are very happy with this decision. They are prompt and do an excellent job, never a question of the yard being taken care of - mowing, fertilizer, seeding, clean up, etc. Communication via email or phone is fast and well received. Payments all done electronically. Baffa makes it easy with great lawn care and customer service. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: I hired Baffa Landscape to create an area in my backyard where I was going to install a swing set/playground. They edged, cleared the area, put down ground cover, and installed playground mulch. The job went well, and I’m happy with the results.

+ 0 moreIt was going well, until I was at the end of my time. I was pulling out of my driveway and he asked if I would like to purchase additional time, I asked him how much and he said 50 dollars. I asked him if it was 25 per person or 50 per person/50 all in and he said its 50 all in. I agreed. They stayed for an additional 6 hours. When I go to write my check he hands me a bill for over 650 dollars on top of the 400 for the big deal. I asked him why it was so much, he said it was 50 per person per hour which we previously agreed to 25 per person. I managed to talk him down to 40 per person, but that is still unacceptable in my opinion. He did a bait and switch on me.

+ -1 moreThey picked up and carried away every leaf on the property; many of which was left over from the fall. They completed the work and did not leave any residue on the neighbor's driveway or yard.
Description of Work: I paid the provider to complete a Spring clean-up of our yard. They were very responsive and followed my instructions completely. They completed the work without being supervised. I was not present at the time. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. My neighbor came out of his house upon my return home to advise me of how hard they work and how the work was thoroughly completed.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. They came out whenever it was needed. All services were initiated at two or more inches of snow. They were very much on top of it. When we had to call them, they actually answered the phone and came out. That was excellent. They were responsive.

+ 1 moreIt went absolutely great! We moved into our new home in the winter and the previous owner didn't maintain the yard throughout the summer and fall. With many trees on the property and a thick layer of compacted leaves left from last fall, we were afraid our lawn would be ruined. Baffa Landscape Design managed to clean up the yard in record time, and revived our ailing landscape! The yard looks immaculate now! Baffa Landscape Design kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process while we waited for the weather to break. The owner was very personable and a joy to work with!

+ 0 moreIt was okay. They had to come out and repeat some work they had done. We had some seeding problems where they grass was not growing. They had to re-aerate and it was late into season. We are not sure of the result until Spring.
