It was fine. We wanted Neil to come at a specific time to coordinate with another contractor. He arrived at the appointed time which was very helpful. He was very thorough with his work. It remains to be seen how effective the treatment will be. Neil is very well schooled in insects. He takes his time to understand the behavior of the insects. It seems to be a passion of his. We have used him once before and we were pleased.

Neal was wonderful. Explained everything in detail, gave us different options and was reasonably priced. He called ahead to say he would be at the house shortly which I really appreciated. We highly recommend this company.

Arrived within scheduled time, thoroughly professional in every respect. This provider has performed these services for us on an annual basis for a number of years. On two occasions when some ants managed to bypass the barrier and get into the house, they responded quickly and fixed the situation. We've been completely satisfied with their work.

Things have gone very well with their service. I have used them for years. They are dependable. They do a pretty good job. If you have a bee's nest or something like that, they come back without charging anything extra.

Called to report skunks digging in the yard and wanted them trapped. They responded they would set a trap the next day. They did. Unfortunately, the trap was set against the the open basement window. (huh?) If a skunk would have sprayed while caught in the trap it would have filled the entire basement and house with the smell. In 6 days we had 1 oppossum trapped. They came to get it that afternoon. They said they would return on Monday to set the trap again (they don't on Sundays) but it never came, not on Monday, Tuesday or Wed. When I called on Wed I canceled the service. Service was not dependable. If they would have done what they said and placed the trap when they said they would, it would have been perfect.

experience went fine. Kept me informed due to a few delays. He came on a days notice which was important due to the large size of the nest.

They have come out twice for me. The first time I had a problem. I called them and they sent someone out that same day. They were running a bit behind when they estimated the time, but they made sure to call me and let me know. They took care of the problem in a timely manner. I called them back to spray the exterior of my home and they came out right on time. They did a good job.

They came out to take care of a spider problem that I was having. They come in just before winter and they power spray the outside of the house in the spring. The price seems to be reasonable. I like that they guarantee the work for a year. If you see a single pest that they have sprayed for they will come back and spray again for free.

I called on a Saturday during a holiday weekend and they were one of the few companies that were able to squeeze me in to take care of this hive of bees in my house. They were on time, very thorough with their work, guarantee their work, and the service person even checked out my crawl space (from inside my house) to make sure that the entire hive was being sprayed, as well as to see how bad the infestation was. I was impressed with his courtesy, professionalism, and the fact they came out on a Saturday during a holiday weekend.

I called a few places, because we had ants and spiders and they came out. They were prompt and reponded to the phone call quickly. They offered and honered their year long guarantee and they got the job done.

We had moved all the dog toys, beds, etc. in the inside so even though the weather was problematic Neil came as scheduled to do the interior and came back to do the exterior at a later date. We had a severe problem with spiders and wasps in previous years and after this spray we've rally only seen a bugs in places that weren't sprayed. The only downside is that we have a vented fireplace. The smell came in through the vent and was pretty nasty. We should have covered the fireplace on the inside before the house was sprayed.

Neil came to our house and explained exactly what needed to be done. He is a library of information when it comes to pests. He explained what types of wasps were nesting at our home and why. While he was treating our house, he noticed a yellow jacket nest in our yard and took care of that as well. A few weeks after our home was treated, a few wasps returned and started nesting under our deck. Neil came back out and took care of it at no charge. We have been wasp free since. We will continue to hire Avenger every spring.

They spray for bees, wasps and ants. I'll likely check around next year because their prices have gone up quite a bit. They seem a bit high for 15-20 minutes of work, but I haven't compared prices. The work seems to be effective.

Thomas came a few minutes earlier than the appointed time, removed the nest in just a few minutes, put it in a black garbage bag and took it away in his truck.

I was not convinced that we need to spend over $600 to get rid of ants. I called a supplier of insecticide products to the industry and he said I could buy the product myself for about $20. I decided I wanted somebody with more experience to look at it so I called another contractor who is doing the work as I speak for $185.
