Description of Work: They were very efficient and did a good job but they never informed us of the smell we would experience from the chemicals they used - my 81 year old mother in law lives with us and she became ill from the smell; burning eyes and sick to stomach. Had we known we could've taken her away for the time they were cleaning.

+ -1 moreThe job was done efficiently and thoroughly. Not a job that most homeowners could do without renting a cherry picker for a day. Plus it's a two man job. Just wonderful results. We will use Toledo Roofing Services the next time we have mold on the shingles. Protects the longevity of our roof.
Description of Work: Put mold and bacterial solution on the roof then rinsed it off.

Description of Work: I own a house for my son that's enrolled @ the University of Toledo and the roof has had an algae problem since we bought the hse a yr ago. Doing reseaech on how to clean I came across Tolede Roofing made a call, Doug (owner) retuned my call within 30 minutes and was very professional about time frame and procedures. After his crews applied their chemicals and roof work I had my son take a couple of pictures. I noticed what seemed to be an area not fully cared for and called Doug, not only did he return to the house VERY QUICKLY his crews also had done my detached garage. Doug followed up with pictures and a very detalied message that made all my concerns go away. I live 2 hours away and my son is very busy in school and work so knowing and trusting some of his stature sure relieves the burden of having to drive two hours. I would send Toledo Roofing to anyone's house and know they were getting quality work. Regards, Bob Phillips

+ -1 moreToledo Roof Cleaning has cleaned my home and 2 other rental properties. My Daughter is closing on her house next week and Toledo Roof Cleaning will be there to take care of her roof also. Before my first job with them I was a little concerned on the outcome. I was told that I need to have a new roof put on my home for over $8,000.00 becuase of the stains and streaks on the roof. Doug gaurenteed me that my roof was fine and could make it look like new. I was so impressed he has done both my rental houses also. I could not believe the differance it made on the apperance of my house. I also did NOT have to replace the roof. Looks like new and I saved thousands and that is why he will be doing my doughters roof in the next couple of weeks. If you think or are being told that you are in need of a new roof I highly recommend calling Doug at Toledo Roof Cleaning first.
