WARNING! I took my Husqvarna pressure washer wand in to be repaired 4 months ago and I believe they lost it. It is still under warranty and per the warranty directions you HAVE to take it to an authorized deal. I did. Dennis Tippie, the owner continues to give me the run around. Basically if you don't buy something from him he doesn't feel he has to repair it as an authorized dealer. Well that's just great because there is no other way to obtain warranty service from Husqvarna products. I contacted another authorized dealer in MI with the problem I was having with JAM and they said they would have the area rep call me. I never received a call. Finally found a US HQ phone number and they are worthless. The CS person acted totally confused and kept telling me I had to contact an authorized dealer. Long story short, I will be taking this business owner and HQ to small claims court and never buy another Husqvarna product in addition to NOT recommending both. Unbelievable a company this large has no recourse for a simple warranty issue like this. STAY AWAY FROM JAM SMALL ENGINE SERVICE. This is what I get for trying to do business with a local home town business. And yes, I had done business with them previously on a non-warranty issue.

The owners name is Mr. Larry who is great guy. He is more than helpful; it is not about what he can sell me but about what he can do for me over the phone. He will take a minute and explain the best he can over the phone to help me out the lawn mower on our way. His prices are comparable because usually when I need something for my lawn mower or anything else I call around and compare the prices. His prices are really good. If everything in life was as user friendly and consumer friendly as this place would be then there would be a whole lot better place. I am very impressed with them.
