+ -1 moreThey showed up and took the furnace apart. They believed it was the variable speed blower motor was the problem but they did not want to go out and purchase the $800 motor without being sure as they would be stuck with it if it was not the real problem. They in turn left my furnace all apart on the basement floor - pieces everywhere and left. Never to return. I had to call in Pugh Heating to come out and fix their mess and the actual repair. It ended up being the $800 motor. They said that AW was not a certified repair tech and most likely could not diagnose the repair needed and simply gave up. I was shocked and learned that trying to use a local company in Whitehouse is not always the best way to go.
Description of Work: My furnace had gone out and I had previously used this company without any problems. I called them out for repairs.

+ -1 moreI use them all the time and they are very good. We have one particular guy that we always ask for and his name is Jeff. We are very happy with him. We’ve used him for years. We’ve had them for years and they’ve been coming out here for years. So they’re not new to us. We have an old service contract and so we pay them $74 plus parts I guess. We will absolutely use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: We used AW Heating & Cooling LLC. We use them twice a year, once for the air conditioning unit and then once for the furnace. The guy is actually going to come out this Friday for the furnace. We used them for the air conditioner earlier in the year but we will be using them for the furnace this Friday.
