Blue board gap shows at soil foundation to house brick level (response - Company’s prior sub did faux brick gap finish on his own! Only now sole water leak is at joinder of Company’s new foundation to old - response: you should pay for water proofing! Caution: Be aware, contract and watch the finish work of the project!"
