+ -1 moreA+ to these 2 guys! Surprised at the price: very LOW for the work involved! The price included several parts they had to replace in toilet, and still the price was low. They replaced the tank guts and water intake and wax seal, reseated the toilet so it wouldn't wobble, also cleaned and fixed the loose sink and broken pipe underneath, and reset and caulked the tub faucet. They pre-called to confirm the appointment, showed up promptly. Very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Definitely recommend Westlake Plumbing!

Description of Work: We were visiting my brother from out of state and we had a leaky toilet. This company was very prompt (in fact about 30 minutes earlier than expected) and resolved the problem very efficiently. I would highly recommend them and would use them for my regular plumber if I lived in the area.

+ -1 moreThe work was okay. My experience with them was good. They were so tacitly and I did not have any problems with them. I think the price was not bad. They did good but I could not get my stove all the way back in. I called them and they came back and fixed it. He said that he did not think that I could get the stove in right away.

+ -1 moreOverall it went very well, they ran into some complications with the kitchen drain as it was very old and required some extra work and they needed to come back the next day to finish the job (they initially predicted one day). However they got the job done and did not charge me any extra for having to come back and finish the job.
Description of Work: I just bought a foreclosed home and was turning the water on for the first time and wanted a plumber there to check that everything went well. In the end they provided the following services: - Re-plumbed the drain from the kitchen sink, as it was too thin and rotting. - Added an additional water path for the water to hook up the washing machine in the kitchen - Provided and added a new hot water tank and re-did the ventilation from both the water tank and the furnace - Fixed leaky faucets, shower head, and tub spout in the bathroom, as well as re-plumbed the sinks in the bathroom as they were also done incorrectly and were not draining.

Description of Work: We needed two things done: First we had ordered a new dishwasher from Home Depot and when the Home Depot people came to install it they said we needed a different type of connection that they ( H.D.) would not do and that we needed a plumber. Second, our hot water tank kept going off (the heater would shut down at least once a day). My husband called Westlake Plumbing and they came out the next day! Two men. One worked in the kitchen on the dishwasher connection issue and the other in the utility room on the hot water tank. My only issue was that they should have put a tarp down in front of my sink in the kitchen while they worked because I have a very nice throw rug there and I was worried it would get dirty. Other than that they did good work and everything is fixed.

+ -1 moreTHE FIRST DAY THEY COULD COME WAS MONDAY AT 1. I TOOK THE DAY OFF OF WORK. AT 3:30 I CALLED BECAUSE NO ONE WAS THERE. THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE WAS VERY RUDE AND SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE ANY MINUTE. SHE CALLED BACK 15 MINUTES LATER TO SAY THEY WERE NOT COMING, THEY WERE HELD UP AT AN EARLIER APPOINTMENT AND I NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE. I TOLD HER THAT I FELT THIS WAS LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REQUESTED THAT THEY COME LATER THAT NIGHT. SHE TOLD ME THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE OWNER'S NAME SHE ASKED WHY AND I SAID I WANTED TO REPORT THEM TO ANGIE'S LIST AND THE BBB. SHE HUNG UP ON ME.WE HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND GAVE THEM A POSITIVE REPORT. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
