Description of Work: We wanted to covert a formal dining room into a den area. We explained what we wanted to do with the room and Mr. Molina gave us a design plan. His plan was really not what we had described to him, but we worked with him to get a design that we liked. Mr. Molina was very helpful at first, but once we put money down on furniture purchases, the customer service went down the drain. When we would call and ask for delivery info, etc., he did not return phone calls promptly and when he did, he did not provide the info we requested. He was consistently late for appointments with us. A project that I was very excited about turned into a nightmare for me and took twice as long to complete than what we were originally told. While the furniture we purchased was very nice, the experience with the owner any was not at all what we expected. We chose to terminate our relationship with Warner Interiors before the project was completed.
