It was wasted money completely because they left the sewer line as bad as they found it. The two guys they sent were incompetent and their excuses for not being able to do the work would have had me spend a fortune to repair a line that wasn't broken.
Description of Work: Storm sewer line in our driveway was clogged and backing up when it rained. They were to snake it out and clean downspouts. They claimed there was a collapsed pipe near the back corner of our house and another one at the front of the house preventing them from being able to do this. When I asked them to snake the downspouts nearby and see if they could get to the blockages from there, they said the downspouts were so blocked by roots they couldn't even begin to get their snake to go through them. They claimed they could do better if they used their camera equipment, but they only confirmed their previous misdiagnosis. They charged me extra for this, and claimed my whole storm line would have to be rebuilt, going through the concrete driveway. I called another company, which snaked out the whole sewer line and the downspouts without any difficulty whatsoever and which also thought their line about the roots preventing them from snaking the downspouts was ludicrous. The company that did the work correctly charged a lot less, too.
