Five stars isn't enough for this fabulous company. If one wants to find out why small locally owned businesses are the way to go, give them a try for your roofing needs. We bought our home in 2006. It came with a roof composed of a layer of original shake, plus three full layers of deteriorating asphalt shingle. In 2008, we took a chance on the newly founded Triple Peaks Roofing Co. They did a complete tear off of what was estimated to be 12 tons of old roofing materials and installed a brand new roof and venting. Absolutely fantastic job, fantastic clean-up, particularly given the amount of material removed. Flash forward 18 years. Last week's winds, removed a four to five foot section of ridge vent. I discovered it while mowing the lawn. With rain predicted for Sunday, I was understandably concerned about water damage. I reached out to Triple Peaks about tarping the roof and getting it repaired. They said that they would be out that day. They also asked if I had photos of the damage. I did and they sent me a link to upload them. At about 5PM the owner himself showed up. Not with a tarp, but rather a replacement ridge vent section. As our shingle style has been discontinued, he had also managed to track down a bundle of it so that it would match. He proceeded to install the newly shingles vent. Problem solved and at a way, way more than fair cost. He also left us with the remainder of the bundle should we need any further repairs before it is time to replace the roof. When it is, Triple Peaks definitely will be our first choice.

We’ve known Jeff Heitzenrater and Triple Peaks Roofing and Construction for a couple years now. He was introduced to us by our insurance agent and we first used his services to fix a series of shingles that had blown off our existing roof at the time. Because of his being very responsive to this otherwise small job we kept his name in mind for when it came time to replace our roof. The time for a new roof came this year (2019), and Jeff and Triple Peaks got the call. We received nothing shy of outstanding service from Jeff and Triple Peaks. Very responsive and quite accommodating given our busy schedules. Be it text, phone, or live internet chat, Jeff was there for us and made it happen. His crew were seasoned professionals through and through from their craftsmanship to their demeanor and from day one of the project to the final day and clean-up. Their attention to detail was stellar and the final product was fantastic! What a beautifully well done job! We could not be more pleased with Jeff and Triple Peaks and their outstanding work. Would we use them again? Yes – 100%. Would we recommend them to anyone? Already have – to both friends and neighbors.

The repairs that were made were good. The fact that they nevr showed up when they said they would and never called was extremely irritating. We took many days off work because they said they were coming but didn't. When we called the raceptionist, she could never locate them or give us a reason why they weren't there. When we called the owner, he was able to locate them and get them out to our home the same day to complete the job. I feel they need to do a better job communicating with their customers.

The repair went well. No more water in my attic and the new section of the roof looks nice. They were fast and responsive.

Jeff and his employee arrived on time and went right to work. Jeff had to work in a very small space, but did not take any short cuts. Jeff noticed a leak around a foot vent pipe and sent somebody over the next day to caulk the leak(I was charged for this service). They cleaned up after themselves and I am very happy with their work. When I need a new roof, I will call Triple Peaks Roofing.

It went well. The bathroom fan vent was in the contract from 3 years ago but wasn't done when the new wood and shingles were installed and the dryer exhaust was not. The house recently sold but was contingent on these two items being installed by a roofer, I was anxious to get this done due to a deadline by the buyer. I called Triple Peaks since they replaced the roof 3 years ago. Jeff came out the next day and took care of both and only charged me for installing the dryer vent.

Came home at 6:30pm on 10/1/15 to find a dangling piece of metal facing hanging from the front peak of my roof. I also noticed that with the strong wind we were having that evening, there was the potential for this piece of metal to break our front bedroom window due to the strong wind. Concerned that I might have a more serious situation pending, I tried to locate a roofing contractor that could come out that night to re-attach the the facing. Triple Peak Roofing responded to my distress call! With-in an hour, Angela and her husband Jeff both showed up, after hours (7:30pm), to re-attach the metal facing on our roof. They were both pleasant, kind, informative, and professional. Jeff climbed up on the roof, at dusk, nailed back the metal facing and also checked the other facings to see if they were secure. He also informed me of other options I could take if I choose to replace the metal facing that had gotten bent by the wind. Sometime in the near future there is the potential that we may need a new roof. If that becomes the case, I will definitely consider Triple Peak Roofing!!!

Good - we had some weather interruptions but overall everything went smoothly. We had some water damage and needed to replace roof as it was over 15 years old. We picked the medium price roof and it looks beautiful. Also the contractor who did the new gutters was wonderful. Though a bit pricey - we are very pleased with the work performed and the new roof and gutters. The guys cleaned up the area and the roof was inspected by Triple Peaks 3 times to make sure it was perfect and the yard was cleaned up.

The owner responded promptly to my call. The work was done in cold and snow. Roof looks great. Crew did a good job of clean up.

Our roof had wind damage (missing shingles) so insurance covered cost of replacement. Even though we only paid deductible, I shopped around and found Triple Peaks to be competitively priced with top quality materials and service. Roof was a complete tear-off. They covered entire house in tarp, didn't damage any of our shrubs, trees, etc., and completed the entire job in a day and a half. The crew were very thorough about cleanup and addressed any concerns I had. Only downside: wish they would have told me it would be difficult to exit the house while they worked, but that was a small inconvenience.

My experience with them went fine. It was good. They fixed the problem we had.

The owner arrived right on time and was very professional. He examined our roof problem and suggested a solution.He said complete replacement is the only option. His estimate was very HIGH . He did misquote the square footage of the roof by over 20 squares. That is the main reason we did not utilize his services.

I have a flat roof/deck off the back of the house. I door opens to the deck letting you walk out. They did not roll the roof under the door. A year later water was getting under the door. The owner came out and repaired the door so it would not leak.

If I can't say anything nice, then I am not saying anything at all.

Provider gave excellent literature to describe services and to inform the consumer of better practices in finding service providers.

This was a great experience start to finish. Jeff (the owner) came out to give us an estimate. We had initially met him at the Home Show. I had several roofing companies come out to give estimates (and so I could interview them) and Jeff was clearly a step above in level of professionalism. There was no pressure sell or attempt to obscure things with jargon - just a very clear explanation of what he thought was needed, how he would handle the job and what my price point options were. Initially I was a bit put off by the price - the quotes I received ranged from a low of $8,500 to Jeff's $11,500 for SEEMINGLY the same level of product and service. Jeff was pretty firm on his price but in the end we're happy we worked with him. The communication prior to starting the job could not have been better. Angela and Molly kept me posted on the start date and things I'd want to consider when the job was being performed. They asked about any special bushes or plants we wanted to have protected etc. The crew showed up absolutely on time and ready to work - and it was a good sized crew. A nice touch was friendly notices they placed on the doors of our neighbors explaining the noise and welcoming their input. Turns out our neighbors loved these guys! They were so professional and respectful. Our tear off ended up being much more difficult because we have a very solid, plank roof and so the nails were difficult to remove - and it was a super hot day. There was not one word of complaint about the extra half day it took to complete the tear off. Instead, Triple Peaks sent an even larger crew the next day to make sure the job was completed in the time they had promised. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about how clean my place would be when they left - roof removal makes a big mess! End of the day they took a couple of HOURS to make sure that it looked like they had never even been there. The place was immaculate. The roof looks great! Its obvious they had great attention to detail - everything looks lined up and matched properly. The flashing looks so much better than what we had before. A day later one of their supervisors came over to do their "40 Point Inspection". Here again I figured someone would come over, walk around the house and be gone in 10 minutes after collecting the final payment. This guy went up on the roof, into my attic, walked the entire grounds - spent nearly an hour inspecting before he was satisfied - and he made sure he had answered any questions I had and that I was actually happy. They pay a LOT of attention to the cleanliness of how they leave the worksite. The ultimate proof will be when it rains but for now it looks super good and we are VERY satisfied. Was the price a little high? Probably. But when considering the value provided there is no doubt that you get what you pay for. I strongly recommend Triple Peaks.

Called and talked with Angela. She was very responsive. I wasn't sure what type might be needed. Angela had me text her a photo so that they might be able to determine what repairs would be needed, if any. Angela had a crew available and sent them on the way. The guys showed up and completed the repair within an hour. It ended up being a minor repair, but from star to finish, it took all of about 2 hours. Great response.

Very well. After repairing the panels, Jeff answered questions to help determine when to act before damage will occur. Reasonable fee for service exact amount unknown.

We needed a shingle replaced on our roof after a home inspection. Things have been hectic after selling our house. This company came right out with a break in the rain and took care of the shingle. They gave us a significant discount off their minimum charge. We are very thankful for their quick friendly help.

Project started off slow, but that had nothing to do with Triple Peaks and everything to do with insurance adjuster. Our initial insurance adjustment included a full tear off on 1/2 the house and only a repair on an addition. Jeff worked directly with insurance adjuster to fix a low adjustment, since the shingles were no longer made and a suitable "match" was not available. Again worked with insurance adjuster to cover additional costs incurred when new OSHA tie-off regulations were adopted. Work was supposed to start the first Monday in October and was supposed to take 4-5 days. Project was delayed for bad weather on Monday, and started on Tuesday. Crew worked hard and long hours and was able to get it done in 4 days. Even sent someone out on Saturday to clean up anything that was missed. Crew was respectful and polite, and took safety seriously (we have a steep roof and they were always tied off). Roof looks great, I would definitely recommend.

The company was professional, they kept deadlines AND THEY DID GOOD WORK. In order to keep there deadline for this job, they came back on Sunday to complete. I am 100% satisfied of the work performed.
