+ -1 moreTHIS IS A FOLLOWUP TO AN EARLIER REVIEW I HAD DONE ON THE COMPANY. HE HAS DONE ADDITIONAL WORK FOR FRIENDS OF THE FAMILY, AND HE IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. HE DOES GREAT WORK AT VERY REASONABLE PRICES. HE HAS BEEN WORKING FOR FRIENDS OF THE FAMILY FOR YEARS, AND THEY HAVE NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT HIM. AS STATED IN MY EARLIER REPORT, I HAD JUST CAUGHT HIM ON A BAD DAY (FOR BOTH OF US). HOPEFULLY MY EARLIER REVIEW WILL NOT REFLECT BADLY ON HIS WORK.

+ -1 moreI HAVE HEARD NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS ABOUT TK MAINTENANCE, AND IT'S POSSIBLE THAT I CAUGHT HIM ON A BAD DAY, HOWEVER, IN THE INTEREST OF FAIRNESS, I WANTED TO ADD MY COMMENTS.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY DID NOT ANSWER MY CALLS UNTIL I HAD LEFT REPEATED MESSAGES. ONCE THEY FINALLY MADE IT TO MY HOUSE, THEY SPENT SOME AMOUNT OF TIME LECTURING ME ON THE NEED FOR REPAIRS THAT I WANTED, AS WELL AS WHETHER I SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED A HOUSE IN MY PARTICULAR NEIGHBORHOOD. HIS PRICE ESTIMATES WERE FAIRLY REASONABLE, TO HIS CREDIT. I ENDED UP NOT GOING WITH HIM BECAUSE IT WAS A JOB THAT I COULD DO ON MY OWN FOR MUCH LESS COST.
