TIMBERDOODLE INC

I have admired the work Timberdoodle has done for years and have used him before on a design project. I called to set up an appt. in February 2018 and was told Ernie could not get out to measure and give an estimate until April 30, 2018. I was more than happy to wait for his service. He came out and was nice and friendly and told me he would email a quote and design by the end of the week. I waited two weeks and received nothing. I called and talked to Ernie's wife, who was completely rude and acted like I was bothering her by calling. She said he is very busy and it would be awhile longer. Okay so I waited. On June 5, I called again to check on the design and she told me I should look elsewhere to take my business. They were busy and could not do it. I stated I have waited this long it would have been nice to know this back in February heck even back on April 30th when Ernie came out. I was then told begrudgingly that he would get me a quote by weeks end. So almost two weeks go by and I hear nothing so I call on June 15 and was told by his very rude wife that he wont be able to do it. No apology nothing and I had to call THEM!!!! Please save yourself frustration and time and do not use this company. There are plenty of other people who would value your time and need your business. I am in the design industry and have never been treated so poorly by anyone. It is unacceptable. They are rude, unprofessional and do not value your business.

Timberdoodle is a bit pricey but as we learned, sometimes you have to spend more to get more. They were definitely worth the price. And, actually when I called them about payment, every person I talked to ask how I liked their service, how well they were doing, how satisfied I was with the cabinets. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to others and would use again if needed. House remodeling can be very stressful, so it nice to work with companies like Timberdoole.

They did an excellent job helping us through the design of the layout of our remodeling. The work was fast and very well done.

Excellent work, Worked very well with the general contractor CJY construction. High integrity and very conscientious of the workmanship.

They are beautiful.

THE CABINETS ARE CUSTOM MADE AND OF HIGH QUALITY. CHUCK, THE INSTALLER WAS EXCELLENT.
