The work went well. They had a lot of people out here. We had a tight time frame because we wanted to move into our house quickly and they worked really hard in finishing the work as soon as possible. They had enough people to get the work done when compared to other companies who we got quotes from. They were reasonably priced as well. They are coming back today to do some touch ups and they are doing that for free which is nice. They did a good job and I was happy with them. I would recommend them to others.

I sent Patton Painting an inquiry via email on Angie's list and received a response a few hours later. Zac scheduled a visit based on my availability and was thorough in walking me through the procedures/processes related to the job. He answered my questions as they arose (both in person and via email) and provided sound advice when asked. He sent an estimate for the job about 3 days after our appointment along with a further explanation of the process around the prep work. I read dozens of raving reviews on Patton Painting, both on their website and here on Angie's list and was excited to see the numbers from Zac. In the end (after interviewing 7 painting companies) Patton Painting was the 2nd highest with their bid. I know their work would have been well worth it but the amount was several thousand dollars more than what I had budgeted, and I elected to go with another company found here on Angie's list (their bid was about 1/2 the amount of the one received from Patton Painting, and they have just as great of reviews). I have to wait until the weather improves before work can begin, but I will submit a review for that company once the job is complete. If money were no object, I think I would have gone ahead with Patton Painting, but I had to make a choice that wouldn't hurt the wallet. :-)

I have used them before. I am very happy with them and they do a great job. They are always responsive to questions. They are very neat and the workers are very respectful. I would use them again.

Overall things went really well! Zac Patton originally came out and wrote up the estimate, was very professional, and very prompt. Everything was done on the computer, and an estimate was emailed to me the following day. Other work had to be finished on the home before they could start, but things transitioned smoothly from one job to the next. These guys do a great job, and book up in advance because of it, but it is worth the wait! Communication with the Patton brothers was also very prompt and courteous!

They are very thorough with the work they do. We had the opportunity to inspect the work before paying, so we found a couple of places that needed touching up so they came right back and took care of it before we paid the bill. The were very easy to work with. We were very happy with the work they did and they were priced competitively.

We have a huge front porch, with a lot of detail work. They did a beautiful job. They were able to work us into their busy schedule so it would be done for a party we had planned. They were very friendly and professional.

They did a good job and they were prompt. They took $400 off the bill because they said that they overbilled on something. They were really honest. They prepared everything very nicely. They were there on time.

My impression was favorable. They were professional. They had done my neighbors house and they were very pleased with the job they did.

Zac came did the quote then we sat on the project over the holidays. As soon as we called to schedule they were there the following week. The job took 3 days as promised. There were a few punch list items to finish up and they responded the following day to finish the job. Got Patton from friends who had used them with positive results. We have nothing but great things to say and would definitley use them again in the future.

They did a wonderful job and it looks brand new. They were proffesional and pleasant.

Zac Patton emailed me references and general information on the processes and materials his company uses several days prior to our appointment. I found the information very helpful in letting me know that his company pays the same level of attention to preparation and cleanliness as I do. Zac arrived on time for the estimate at the house. I had several questions on the quote he emailed me and he was very patient and prompt in answering them all over several days. It took about two months to get on the schedule due to rain and extensions of prior jobs - quite a bit longer than originally estimated. More communication about the schedule would have been nice, but I was not in a hurry. The crews are very good at communicating job status and issues. While the house was being power washed, the city decided to do a major water line repair in the neighborhood - so no water half way through the job! But the team squeezed me in the next day to finish before the painting crew needed to start. Once painting began, Tim Patton determined that the light tan color that I had picked out for the trim was too white and called me immediately to let me know he didn't think that I would like it, and that he thought he should stop using it. I agreed and he went and got a color match to the original nonfaded color. I was impressed that he took the time to make sure the job was going to look good. And now the house looks fabulous. Except for a heavy duty plastic trash bag and the old cardboard shutter boxes neatly stacked in my garage, you'd never know a crew had been working - the outside of the house was cleaned up and tidy.

They were efficient, friendly and very professional.
