Description of Work: They responded quickly when the wind blew part of our tree down. They cut down the remaining part of the tree, removed the branches and the wood. They did the work at the price that they bid, worked professionally and cleaned up when they finished. We were very pleased with the outcome.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. They needed to use a crane and a couple of other trucks to take down the tree. They also had to take down a fence to get in which they put back up after the job was done. I was a little nervous because they were the lowest priced estimate but they were fabulous!
Description of Work: Took down approx. 100 ft. oak tree hovering over my house.

+ -1 moreCalled Parkway to get an estimate on trimming back or possibly removing an out-of-control tree in the front bed of my house. There was no answer (understandable at noon on a weekday), so I left a voicemail. I never got a call back, so I called them back two days later. Spoke to an individual about exactly what I needed, including which tree and where it was located. He told me they would be out to take a look that day. Three days later, I had not heard from them; called again and was told that they would be out that afternoon to take a look. (I once again detailed which tree and where it was located; I told them it was a flowering crab tree on the front right corner of the house.) They did not call me back that day, but called me the next day. The individual on the phone began to discuss the trimming of my large maple tree in the rear of my house, telling me that they did not have the equipment for that kind of work. I responded that the maple was not the problem, and once again asked if they could give me an estimate for the crab tree in the front of the house. He told me they would be back out that afternoon to take a look. They have not called back since and I have decided to look elsewhere.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Tony discussed with me the pros and cons of removal versus pruning. We decided to thin the trees. He gave me a firm date to do the work. It stormed that day; so, nothing could be done. Tony stayed in touch through the patch of bad weather and did a thorough job just as soon as the weather broke.
Description of Work: I have two 34" in diameter Oak trees that needed thinning or removal. I had two 34" in diameter oak trees in my front yard that needed maintenance. A concern was one dead tree branch extended over my neighbor's house. Tony had his crew thin the trees.

+ -1 moreHE CAME OUT WITHIN A DAY, HE DOES EXACTLY WHAT HE SAYS HE'S GOING TO DO AND HE CHARGES THE SAME AS HIS ESTIMATE. HE LOVES TREES AND WANTS TO SAVE THEM, SO HE MAKES THEM LOOK NICE WITHOUT DOING DAMAGE.
Description of Work: OWNER'S LAST NAME, MASTANTUONE. HE DID MAJOR STORM CLEAN UP AND PRUNING, ALSO HAULED AWAY ALL DEBRIS.
