Description of Work: Aeration....I was not home, but I have used them in the past for many landscaping projects and am alwasy very satisifed.

Description of Work: The issue is simply timing for aeration prior to overseeding and fertilizing. Park Tree was polite however, if understand correctly, they block the geographic areas for scheduling. As a result, they are unable to accomodate my time line for service. I need the lawn aerated on April 3 or April 6th. I will need to find another provider. They could not provide the service until the end of April and could not provide a specific date anyway. That is simply when they begin to aerate. If I am, for example, number 50 on a list, that could take weeks and weeks before my yard is done and well into the season. I think it would be helpful if the contractors reflected their own schedule time frames in their offers to avoid this type of scenario. That way a consumer can make a knowledgeable decision and avoid the time it takes to complete a form like this and pursue a refund. A refund should simply be a phone call away.

Description of Work: Parks Trees has done a tremendous job in cleaning up my yard and garden beds from weeding, pulling dead stuff out, mulching and blowing tons of leaves. Am using them again this year!!!!

Description of Work: removed small tree and ground stump; trimmed other trees

Description of Work: They removed about 12 hemlock trees (much smaller and easier than big oaks), several other scrubby trees, ground the stumps, and trimmed a number of plants. They came when they said they would, did the work with dispatch, cleaned up after themselves, and were extremely pleasant people to deal with. I recommend the service whole-heartedly.
