Justin and his crew were excellent. Justin was very thorough and professional. He responded to all our questions and was very helpful. He had an excellent understanding of what we wanted done and came up with suggestions that other contractors did not think of. His crew was also very punctual and professional. They were very clean and friendly. We were overly impressed and so happy that we chose them to remodel our kitchen and will definitely use them for future projects. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Odell Construction worked to refresh three 1980 vintage bathrooms. We replaced a vanity in one, and added new tops, sinks, and toilets in all three. We also put tile floors in two of the bathrooms. While the quartz for the countertops came from another provider, Odell Construction was responsible for the tear-out, drywall repair, removal and replacement of vinyl floors, and installation of tile. Drywall repair needed to be done. In addition, they arranged for the plumber to put new faucets on the sinks, replace the old fixtures on a tub/shower and shower stall, and install three new toilets. There was a repair needed for sliding closet doors, and the hardware for two mirrors in each bathroom was installed, as well as hardware on the vanity. We give Odell Construction the highest rating in all categories. They are professional and punctual; stay with a job until it is completed; clean up after themselves each day; and do excellent quality work. They are easy to have in your home. It is obvious that they take great pride in their work, and they promptly resolve any issues that may arise. We have used Odell Construction for several jobs in the past and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

First ... I apologize for not posting this review last year when the work was done. Just my oversight not a comment on the work performed. Justin's crew did an excellent job. Installation went well and a year later we are still very satisfied. Also, Justin recently helped me out by doing a walk through of a house my wife and I where thinking of purchasing. It was a home that needed some work, we thought. But after getting a detailed estimate of cost and the work that needed to be performed we realized, thanks to Justin, that this place would probably be a major "money pit" and we decided to keep looking. So, thanks Justin ... for a great bathroom ... and great advice.

Justin transformed a 1100 square foot basement with poured concrete walls into a beautiful living space. The basement has a living room area with a closet under the stairs, a separate den enclosed from the living room. A 3 piece bathroom is attached to the den. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, and a big dining table. The work by Justin and his crew is first rate and we could not be happier. The entire area is very flexible with rewired electrical service with multiple direct Ethernet connections. The plumbing is also great and everything works as advertised. Justin pulled the appropriate permits and the inspections went without a hitch.

The work went very well! Justin is very professional and meticulous. His prices are excellent and he advised me to use my Angies List discount on my current invoice, as he had forgotten to include that. He told me to just take the discount off the invoice and pay the remainder. This is a very kind and knowledgeable young man who is responsive and discusses all potential options with the consumer. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Justin's fix worked! No more leaking. I cannot recommend this kind young man enough! He is thorough, knowledgeable, and explains things that even dumb, old ladies can understand. Thank you Justin!

Justin is a perfectionist. I couldn't be happier with my new front door and back french doors. And the repairs that he did to the back of the house are top notch, and actually his idea for the repair was more correct, and cheaper that two other estimates we received. All of the work he has performed ha s been impeccable. My only wish is that he wasn't so hard to get ahold of. He is a busy guy! We will be using his company again soon, I like things done right the first time, and not to be taken advantage, and Odell Construction meets those requirements!

Working with Justin has been great. His crew showed up on time, every time. They were always there when he said they would be there, no rescheduling or running to other jobs. When they were working at our house, they were dedicated to our house. Justin spent a lot of time with us prior to beginning construction going over the details of the work and the costs. So when we actually started the project, we stayed on budget and on schedule. I really liked that there were never days that the job sat idle. I talked to some of the electricians and plumbers who work with Justin and they said they like working for him because he is so much more organized than other contractors, and you could definitely tell the whole project ran smoothly because of that. We have an old house, with plaster walls and all the other oddities that come with a house that's almost 60 years old, but Justin never used that an excuse to delay the project or increase the budget. He was also aware of the inconvenience of a kitchen and bath renovation and did everything to minimize hassles for us - for example, he set up a temporary sink in the kitchen and installed the new oven as soon as possible so we could start using it. After the project, he stayed in touch to make sure we were satisfied and followed up on some odds and ends. We have recently decided to re-hire Justin for a few more projects at our house, and are excited to get started- especially knowing Justin and his crew will do it right.

Had a great experience with Odell Construction. Right away I could sense that Justin was competent and professional. We were thrilled with the work he and his crew did and we plan to use them again. He was on time all the time and didn't try to nickel and dime us for extra fees or items. We have plans for our kitchen and you better believe that he's going to be my first call.

Excellent! They were extremely professional. They had excellent I guess design of the basement. They had ideas that we didn't think of. The crew was just excellent. They did excellent work. They were very professional. Every single day, they say hello. They said good bye when they left, but they always cleaned up when they left which is very conscientious of disturbing action, that kind of thing. They always showed up on time everyday. I just haven't worked with anyone in that field before that that did exactly what they said they're going to do. They showed up everything when they have time and even worked on the weekend when we requested a some sort of like a deadline that has to be, like if we had another contractor coming to do something, they make sure they put the extra time and to make sure everything was ready for them. Outcome is outstanding. They were perfectionist. They usually do not leave something until they had it great. They pretty much could do a kitchen/basement. That one is amazing.

We found Odell Construction through Angie's List and we're so happy we did! The owner, Justin Odell, was very professional and knowledgable about all aspects of the job. We were equally impressed with his crew who were very professional, courteous and prompt. One of the things I find myself appreciating the most is their consideration for our furniture and other items in the adjoining bedroom during the demolition phase. The crew placed plastic over all furniture and extended it over our wall hangings and over our bed in order to keep as much dust/debris from collecting on the items. We have had a few contractors in the past who didn't pay as much attention to this aspect and we found ourselves frustrated that we were cleaning up after them (which is understandable in some cases, but we couldn't believe how clean our bedroom remained during the rough demo phase of the master bath). The plan called for removal of a half wall to open up the room and we removed the old surround shower unit which was at least 20 years old and replaced it with tile and new glass shower doors. Justin also added a corner bench made out of tile for the shower and inserted tiled shelves to store shower items. The old bathroom walls were removed and replaced with new drywall. We also replaced the vanity and tiled the floor. We kept our sunken bathtub since we recently tiled around it but we found a coordinating tile to use in the shower and it worked out very well. Odell's pricing was a bit higher than we had originally planned for this project, but after reading many reviews about their work and after meeting with Justin to talk about the project, we felt confident in his abilities and decided it was worth a little extra to get the best workmanship and professionalism that we fortunately had experienced. That being said, Justin was very mindful of our budget and tried to help us find ways to cut some costs. Depending on what's important to you, there may be areas where you decide to cut back and other areas where you want to splurge. Overall, we were appreciative of his understanding of our budget and his willingness to help us find ways to cut some costs. We were very happy with the outcome of our newly remodeled master bath and would definitely recommend Odell Construction to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgable and easy to work with company!! Thanks to Justin and his crew for a great experience!!

As stated above, the bathroom needs to be completely torn down to the bare studs, a door removed to allow for enlarging the shower. Plumbing fixtures need to be moved to accommodate the new shower configuration. A back wall will be added to the shower to allow for moving a heat vent on the floor. A half wall will be built as part of the shower for the vanity to be attached to, glass doors and marble tile will be part of the shower. New vanity mirror with two light sconces added, new vanity with bandjo top, new toilet. LIght switches have to be moved and made separate from the current switches. Heat light and vent placed in the ceiling, possibility a heated towel rack so new receptacle added, can lights in shower. Closet cabinet built and tiles for flooring. We had full confidence that Odell Construction could do an excellent job on our bathroom, but the estimate was just more than we felt we could afford. We will definitely consider them again when another construction project comes up.

The guy came out. He was prompt and very thorough. He explained what he was going to do. He sent me an email with a very thorough estimate which was very nice. The estimate was $13000.

Justin replaced the drywall piece and was able to use some of the old tiles that had been removed. He worked quickly and was able to get the job done along with the tiling in one visit. He offered to return if any shrinkage of the grout occurred. Everything looks great and I am happy with his work. I would use Odell again. As a contractor he is busy during the day, so communication was a little difficult as far as setting up a convent date for both of us. His turn around time on emails could be better. Overall, I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him to others!

Everything was done professionally and we want to Odell to do another project for us. We were referred to Odell by the tile store and had them quote along with two other contractors, one of whom we had used in the past. Odell impressed us with his knowledge, responsiveness, and overall customer service. His pricing was definitely competitive. Odell and his team were skilled, and always left the site clean. The subcontractors Odell arranged for plumbing were also professional.

Justin is excellent. He was responsive and on time. If they promised a day to be there --we got a knock on the door by 815 am so we could get to work in a timely manner. He explained everything and worked with out budget and particular issues with the bathtub attached to the shower. He coordinated our plumber and the job ran smoothly. Wish I could say this about every contractor we have had, but sadly this is the exception. O Dell is so good we are having them come back and replace flooring in two rooms.

Justin was referred to us by another provider. His estimate was reasonable and after looking over a few others, we decided to go with Odell Construction. We had slowly purchased all of the new fixtures and tile and were waiting for the right time to get the labor done. This was the first contractor that we used in our home, so we did not know what to expect. Thankfully, Justin and his crew were very easy to work with. They were on time and kept the area clean as they worked. The work took about 2 weeks and they worked in conjunction with Killeen Plumbing to finish the job. We must have changed the original job at least a dozen times and Justin patiently rolled with the punches. Ultimately, we got a bathroom that looked better than we ever imagined. We would suggest that if anyone is on the fence about choosing a contractor, give this company a shot. Hopefully, the kitchen is next...

Justin and Odell Construction delivered personalized services meeting all our requests and requirements. Not knowing any better, I started my kitchen project on my own by picking out additional cabinetry (we kept the original cabinets in-tack) and counter tops and then called on Odell. Rather than causing me any additional costs or "do-overs", Justin patiently worked with me, my timeline and my previous choices. He and his team installed my cabinets, corrected mistakes made by the original builder and offered his professional consult in choosing and then installing a beautiful glass backsplash that coordinated with my countertop quite nicely. There are a number of adjectives that I can use when describing the service you will receive from Justin and Odell Construction: Personal service, Professionalism, Precision, Affordable Pricing...but most of all Patience. I will be calling Odell Construction again for other remodeling we are planning.

Odell Construction gutted our bathroom for a complete remodel including a new waste pipe from the upstairs bathroom to the basement. The only thing we kept was the faucet on the sink. New walls, new floor, new toilet, new sink, new window, new storage, everything is new. We went from a tired and worn tub with shower to a custom luxury walk in shower with both a fixed shower head and a slide bar with a hand held shower . We picked marble tile for the bathroom floor and shower floor and a larger marble tile for the shower. Justin did all the tile work and it is gorgeous. The shower front is all glass and is beautiful. Justin made good suggestions throughout the project. One of those suggestions was a shower door hinge that opens both in and out. This is a huge success, an extra cost but well worth it. Justin picked the suppliers and sent us off to make choices. In every case the vendor said "Oh we know Justin, GREAT guy, he does great work. This has been proven to be true. Justin was very considerate of our home and our time. We only have one bathroom and he went out of his way to minimize down time for us. Justin's brother works with him, both men are competent, quiet and reliable. There were no delays, all materials were on site and ready to go. We would absolutely recommend this company and we have already discussed plans for another project for next year.

O'Dell construction was very professional. Very neat with all their supplies and materials, cleaned up everything at the end of every day. Always showed up on time and on the day promised. The tile work turned out beautifully, and the guys were trustworthy . Would definitely use them again..

Excellent job! Odell Construction finished my basement putting in a kitchenette and TV area (all cabinets). The amount of cabinets installed would be the equivalent of a small kitchen. Approximately a total of 17feet 9 inches of cabinetry located in two seperate areas. This included lighting, counter top and a sink also.The floor and ceiling in both rooms of the basement look fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the result. Justin Odell kept in constant contact with me over the course of the remodel. Returning my calls promptly every time. Justin and Jason were always on time. When work was done for the day , clean-up was also done. I did not have to worry about tripping over anything or walking through messes. Debris was hauled away immediately on a daily basis. As the work progressed surfaces completed were protected. He took care of minor details or problems I did not think about, always asking if I liked his solution. Becuse it was a basement height the situation presented some unique cabinet and drop ceiling challenges. The solutions Justin Odell came up with always looked professional and complete. I would absolutely recommend Odell Construction for their quality work, promptness, communication and courtesy.

Odell Construction is fantastic to work with from start to finish. Last year they installed a new front door for us and we were so pleased with the work done that we immediately called Justin this year when we wanted to finish our basement. Justin is always quick to respond and provided a very detailed estimate for the job, along with a computer generated 3D picture of the proposed layout. He was very willing and able to give us options to reduce costs and keep the job within our desired budget. He had very helpful ideas on how to work around existing duct work, beams, electrical panels, water shutoffs, etc so we could optimize our space. He created a built in area under the wall mount TV for my children's video games and DVD player. The work was completed on time in 3 weeks. They always arrived when they said they would, left the area clean and organized and were easy to communicate with about changes or concerns. Justin always went above and beyond...fixing my husband's botched paint work, staying to help on a Saturday when we had plumbing issues totally unrelated to the basement job, sketching out furniture placement on the floor for me so I could decide on wall placement and much more. We love everything about our new basement and half bathroom. Because of their quality work, professionalism and attention to detail, I highly recommend Odell Construction and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Justin was very accommodating. He did everything the way I asked even when it created extra work for him. As I was at work most of the time he was working on the bath we frequently found it convenient to communicate by email. Justin quickly responded to all my questions and concerns, whether in person, by email, or by phone. Another builder had discouraged me from trying to put the tile all the way to the ceiling as he said that any variation in wall height would be quite noticeable. Justin did the tile to the ceiling as I asked and it looks very neat and even. Justin also made sure to use appropriate materials for a wet bath area. My bath is upstairs and these stairs curve 90 degrees. Justin put tarps all the way up the stairs and hallways. He had to carry heavy and bulky items up and down the stairs numerous times, but never made any marks on my stairway walls. He cleaned up the work area every day before he left. Once the shower was completed, I realized that the shower head I had chosen was not able to tilt straight down. Justin did not hesitate to help me get a new pipe that would allow the shower head to tilt the way I wanted it to. I am very satisfied with the work, the communication, and the willingness to please that Justin displayed.

The owner himself came out to look at the work we wanted to have done. He gave us what we felt to be a very reasonable quote for the amount of work we planned on doing. He and his crew always arrived on time, kept on task while at our home, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves at the end of the work day. During the planning stages of the remodel, Mr. Odell listened to our needs and wants and was able to give great suggestions. We often met with him at various locations to pick out the materials we wanted to see in our finished kitchen. We are extremely pleased with our remodeled kitchen. It is now an updated, fully functional space where we enjoy spending much of our time.
