 + -1 moreFor oil changes, tires and brakes work their work has been very good. I have used them multiple times for routine maintenance work without incident. If you require more technical services such as a check engine light or more advanced trougleshooting I would suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere. I have had a check engine light that would come and go for a couple years. I've given them three tries to rectify the problem, the check engine light would return within two days. I took my truck to Autonation Ford (John Lance) once and they fixed the problem first time. NTB Westlake has been very good for routine maintenance and tires...

 + -1 moreIt was disappointing to have to buy a brand new tire for our minivan that had less than 400 miles on it, but the service was quick and efficient, and we had our new tire within a few hours.
Description of Work: We had a nail in the tire of our 1-week old Honda Odyssey. NTB was unable to repair the tire because the nail was too close to the outer wall of the tire (within 1 inch), so they replaced the tire.

 + -1 moreTHERE WAS NO PRESSURE TO DO THE REPAIRS AND THEY DID MORE THAN THEY ACTUALLY SAID THEY WOULD DO, STILL AT THE SAME PRICE.
Description of Work: WENT IN TO FIX A SLOW LEAK ON A TIRE, ADDED A LUBE OIL FILTER AT THE LAST MINUTE, AND FOUND OUT THERE WAS A LOT WRONG WITH THE CAR. FROM THERE, I GOT GREAT ADVICE ON WHAT CAR TO BUY NEXT.
