We did provide the customer an estimate for $608 for the work on his chimney's. Customers response was that they would think about it and call us back. We never received a callback from them authorizing us to proceed with the work.

Mr. Handyman only provided an estimate for repairs to their roof. No work was actually completed. The condition of the roof at the time we inspected showed the roof to have exceeded it usefull life expectancy. The customer confirmed our age estimate of their roof. Unfortunately the condition of the roof was so severely degraded that only a complete replacement would have solved the water leaks they were experiencing. Shingles were so brittle and fragile that even trying to repair them would have cause more damage and probably more leaks. Mr. Handyman would not have been able to stand by our standard work guarantee.

Description of Work: The bottom panel on our patio door was rotted, flaking and peeling. "Mr. Handyman" Bonded and sanded the panel into a smooth surface shape and painted it. As good as could be expected, considering the severe rotting, was the result.
