We're Hofmann Plumbing. Since 1953, we've been a leading plumbing service based in Westlake, OH. We offer a wide range of services, including water tanks, sewer, backflow service, and much more, to our residential and commercial customers. Description of Work: They was a gas leakage in the two fireplaces and they shut that off. They removed a basement shower fixture, and replaced the laundry faucet, removed a blockage from the second floor lavatory drain. Replaced washers and screws for valves in both outside faucets, cut off an old saddle valve to the humidifier and added a new shut-off valve.

Description of Work: they replaced our sump pump with a new system that included a back-up pump that would work during a power outage. they were here promptly and the work was done in a very timely fashion. although a little pricey, i have always been happy with hofmann, from pete, rich, jason, rodney and laura. will continue to call them to do work for us, if needed in the future.

CALLED AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT. NEVER TOLD HER THEY DIDN'T GIVE FREE ESTIMATES AND THAT THERE WAS A $25 CHARGE TO COME OUT. MEMBER PAID THEM $12.50, DID NOT USE AND FELT THEY HAD POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
