+ -1 moreFix It did a great job. My Samsung dryer is about 11 years old and has held up well but was running rough. Fix It came in and opened it up. Found it was full of link despite me regularly cleaning out the lint catch. The technician was knowledgeable and showed me how one of the components had also been overheating, showing me the difference in the existing part and one Samsung had since redesigned. I went ahead and switched out that part even though the technician said we didn't have to -- appreciated knowing he wasn't trying to unnecessarily up-sell me. Overall, spent a little over $200. Dryer sounds good as new.

Informed us a previous repair had been done incorrectly/unsafely and, since repairs were cost-prohibitive and we purchased a new range, they didn't charge us customary $89 diagnostic fee. I give them my highest recommendation and will contact them for all of our future appliance repair needs!
