Description of Work: Joe came to our house to install the new toilet and change the new shut off valve. He did a great job and was very thorough with his work. He explained the process and finished his work completely and cleaned up the area. He also returned back to our house the following day when we had a question about the toilet. We will definitely use his service again for our next plumbing project.

Description of Work: They came out and did a walk thru. Three days later I got the estimate. It was higher than what I expected. I did not hire them to perform any work due to the price. Talked with owner and worked out most of our differences, but could not agree on price.

Description of Work: Joe came out and looked over the job. We purchased the house in 2008, for the last twenty years the city had been coming to this address to clean roots out of the sewer lines, no one ever thought to clean out the drain tile (rain water). The basement has probably been leaking for just as many years. Earlier this year we took down the tree that was causing the problem, and Joe asked was it a Maple? Actually it was, he explained that Maples cause the most trouble and that our problem was most likely roots in the drain lines. He explained that the roots would continue to grow for about 7 years and to have him come back out in about 3 years. We are to put a chemical down the sewer and drain lines yearly to help keep them clear. He was very informative, honest and knowledgeable. He cleared the drain tile line and after the significant storm that evening we had no water in the basement. None. This basement has leaked since I bought the house! We are very happy with the work he did and his accurate diagnosis of the problem.

Description of Work: Fixed an outdoor spigot and redid the hot and cold taps on the basement settub. Different plumber today but the job went just as well as the work before. Will work with Fazio Plumbing again when needed and refer. Quality work, very reasonably priced. They know how to address plumbing issues in an older home. Very happy with the work.

Description of Work: Joe did a great job, very neat and kept work area very clean. He replaced a faucet and repaired the drain on a sink. He also fixed, tightened a faucet that I thought might have needed to be replaced. So he avoided some unnecessary work. Nice to find a quality plumbing guy.

Description of Work: Snaked main line sanitary sewer two times with double blade cutters. Pulled out roots.

Description of Work: I called Joe last week to get an estimate on snaking our outside drains. We set up a time for this week. Two workers came on time (early actually) and were able to do the work that day. Their estimate was A LOT lower than 2 other estimates we had received from other companies. They were friendly and very knowledgeable and took the time to show me things and explain the work. They snaked the drains and ran into some problems with roots near the front of yard where the storm drain is located. Rather than just dig up the yard to locate the clean outs, they suggested I called the city to see what services they provide. The city only provides measurements to help locate, so I will have Fazio's come back out to do more work.
