I called Fazio's because when the hot water faucet started leaking on my very old iron laundry pipes and I wasn't sure what the problem was. It was not an emergency because I could shut the water off as needed above the leak, but it was inconvenient to have to remember to turn it back on every time I had to do the laundry. I scheduled an appointment in the near future and the plumber arrived promptly. He diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly. I am very pleased with this service visit all around.

Fantastic service! Will definitely call them for anything needed in the future. The price I was charged was exactly what I was quoted on the phone when I set up the appointment. He was right on time despite snowy conditions. He was really nice, gave us some great advice about keeping the drains cleared, and totally professional. Despite a messy job, he left everything cleaner than he found it. Very happy.

He did a nice job. I have used him before and I will use him again. They do a great job. He worked very hard. I would highly recommend them.

This was an Angie's Best Deal. Tank was flushed per the deal. Water heater gave me more than 2 more years of use before I had to replace it so I believe that the flushing was done well. Later (and I don't remember the date) I had him return to replace two outside shut off valves and the two outside taps. He helped me to move some heavy items in my basement so that he could get at the pipes to do the work. He protected the work areas and cleaned up after the job was done. He was very pleasant and courteous.

Our second time with Fazio Plumbing and I will tell you that when/if we need a plumber in the future, there will be a 3rd. I love these guys. Fazio Plumbing is awesome. They are a pleasure to work with. They are extremely professional, trust worthy, and organized. I have used them for a couple different jobs recently. We had a major job that our main stack drain line coming from the third floor was severely cracked. Fazio worked hard to get my job in as soon as possible, as the third floor bathroom was not usable. Joe identified where the cracked was, cut out only the area of the wall he needed to access the drain, and replaced it with PVC. Joe cleaned up after the job perfectly and thoroughly ensured it was not leaking anymore before he left using a dye in the water and checking the basement. The drain has been performing great ever since. My toilet also started having problems a few weeks later, and Joe came back out quickly and repaired it with no problem. For both jobs Fazio worked with my warranty company to cover the repairs. The process was a breeze for me, even though I know it took a lot of work on their part. All I paid was the deductible. This was very much appreciated. If I ever have any plumbing needs in the future I will certainly be calling Fazio first.

Joe helped diagnose our problem, which was a disconnect of the sump outlet and roof downspout from the storm sewer on one corner of the house. He dug out and re-plumbed the connection and added an above ground access for future servicing. He cleaned the pipe to the main sewer line and made certain that the flow was established to the main sewer. We have had absolutely no storm sewer or sump problems since he performed the re-work. Joe was professional, very friendly and knew his craft. I was very satisfied with the results.

I guess i expected more. no flushing of water heater, nothing in writing telling me what they thought or what their recommendations were. I never wrote anything down since I thought they'd give me something in writing of their review/recommendations. I basically paid 49 dollars to have someone come and give me an oppinion. I coulda gotten that for free via an estimate... in writing!

He did a great job and was honest. He did not try to overcharge us or do any unnecessary work.

I hired Fazio based on the good reviews from Angie's list and I wasn't disappointed. We were having lots of issues with very large volumes of water running into our sump pit during even moderate rainstorms. I knew this wan't correct so I wanted to get it fixed and have someone figure out what was going on. After a few scheduling issues we were able to get it worked out where Joe came out and started the work on Saturday. From there it all went very well although they had some issues locating the sewer at first since it was buried 8 feet down; much deeper then a storm sewer is normally buried. Once it was uncovered they discovered that whomever installed the sewer originally had done something really screwy by installig a T-connector and then capping one leg of the T. And the way the downspout drains were connected into it was also very strange. Anyway, Joe corrected all this and re-plumbed it like it should have been done the first time. He also discovered a large clog of roots up inside the drain which was likely the major cause of the problem. But with the way it had been plumbed there would not have been any way to remove this root ball without going through the excavation process. He also installed a clean-out right by the house so we'll have easy access if it is ever needed. The final step was to rod out all of the downspout drains and dye test them to make sure that none of that water was making it to the sump pit. Joe and his son then spent pretty much a full day filling the large hole back in by hand. I have to point out the extra step he took during the backfill process as it is something that I think most people wouldn't bother with. After every couple of feet that they filled in he would stop and soak the dirtt with the hose for 5-10 minutes; a process he called "puddling". It makes the dirt settle much more quickly and now 6 weeks after the job, the dirt is almost back down to ground level! We've had several heavy rains since the work was done and only a minimal amount of water comes into the sump pit now whcih is what I would expect. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after seeing the amount of work required I think they earned every penny. Thanks Joe!

Fazios came on an emergency call from my home warranty company. They squeezed me in their schedule after my washing machine hoses burst and my basement had flooded. They promptly fixed the problem. They informed me it was an easy fix if I was able to change the hoses myself because it would nit be covered by my warranty. Because I am not familiar with changing hoses out, I left it to the professionals.

Look no further, because I won't. This is the best service, the nicest most caring people, and honest / competitive pricing. Look at my list of services provided vs. the cost and take into account he (Joe Fazio) came over in the middle of the night on an emergency call and spent most of the night there. Also, he went way above and beyond and helped my wife bail water out of the basement, sucking up water with the shopvac and carrying it upstairs because it was too heavy for her. Additionally, he ran home and grabbed his own personal extra sump pump to use temporarily to mitigate the water coming in, to help out before he could get to the shop early the next morning to get the replacement sump pump. Then the next day he came first thing, and brought his son. After installing the new pump (for which he sold it at a competitive price to anything I could find on the internet), he and his son helped sweep out the water and clean up. Like I said, you don?t have to look any further. They certainly will have my loyalty.

Joe arrived on time and did a great job installing our new faucet and repairing a drip under the sink. We'd lived with a dripping faucet for years and now I wish we had called Joe immediately. He was professional, friendly, and had the job done perfectly in no time at all. And the price was much less than I would've guessed. I'd recommend Fazio plumbing to anyone. We will certainly keep his number close for any plumbing needs going forward.

Very pleased with service. It turned out to be an issue with the dishwasher. I would definitely hire this company again if I every need plumbing work.

Joe came to the house on less than 2 days notice, he was knowledgeable and helpful. I had 2 plumbers come previously and tell me that the trap in my basement floor drain was broken and needed to be dug up and replaced. I spent over $500 total, one guy used a camera but apparently viewed the wrong drain. Rather than spend the almost $1,000 I was quoted by the "other" guy, I rented a demolition hammer and busted out the concrete myself, only to find the trap was in perfect condition. The other guy said it was impossible to snake the drain because of the broken trap, the second guy said the same thing. Joe Fazio snaked the drain and unclogged it in about 20 minutes. Had I called Joe first, I would not have a hole in my basement floor needing to be repaired. Had I called Joe first, I would have saved almost $700 along with huge time and effort on my part. Do yourself a favor, CALL JOE FIRST! Joe and his wife told me that their philosophy is to start with the cheap stuff like snaking the pipe and work upwards only if the cheap stuff doesn't work. The other guys went quickly to the expensive "camera" viewing, which did not even work anyway. Joe is now my plumber and he will always be called first.

While working in the flower bed behind some bushes in the front of my house, I discovered that the sanitary sewer pipe from the basement had sheared off right at the outside wall. This was on a Sunday afternoon. I immediately went in and checked Angie's List. I don't remember why I chose Fazio, but I called him and he answered right away. We set up an appointment for the next day so that he could see what needed to be done. On Monday morning, he showed up right on time, looked over the problem, gave me a quote for $850 (less the Angie's List discount), and said he would be back the next day. I had no idea what to expect in terms of cost, but I assume this is a fair price. On Tuesday at noon, he showed up on time again and repaired the break. He replaced various parts, added some new ones (including an access port), and inspected and snaked out the entire line. He also did various other things, such as laying down some gravel and patching etc. He was done in a couple hours. I was happy with the service. Problem was solved, and the work was done right and done well. (This review is pretty late. I procrastinated.)

Had to make multiple calls before finally reaching someone. Coupon offered described exactly what was wanted but company is apparently very small and I could not be scheduled within a week.

The service was fabulous. The cost was $35. Now that is service and definetly someone we will use again.

They did a great job of cleaning several lines from the house to the street. This included digging up and replacing one line completely plugged with roots. Mr. Fazio was pleasant to deal with, stayed within his estimate, and did a thorough job. I would definitely recommend him for anyone with a similar problem

Joe came to our house promptly after our service call. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The cost was great, he was quick, neat and got the job done right! We have recommended him to others and will use him again if we ever again have plumbing needs.

Nobody likes repairs that escalate in cost from beginning to end but I have no reason to think that the work was not necessary or the price unfair. I have no idea how competitive this price is. It was much more than I expected but I understand that when plumbing requires digging, the cost is steep. As I said above, Fazio Sewer and Plumbing did give me an Angie's List 10% discount which helped. The work was done in the middle of winter and Fazio Sewer and Plumbing was very good keeping me informed of work delays due to weather. Joe Fazio sent me pictures on my cell phone of the problem area and also of the completed work. He also surrounded my driveway drain with concrete which not only improved its appearance but also will keep the blacktop from breaking up and weeds growing around the drain. (This work was beyond the original job specs)

The job was not finished as stated above. They did try very hard to get through the clog but was afraid to break their equipment, so they stopped. It was a very good price, so i did not complain to the company. they were very nice and professional.

Sewer backup - Joe came out in the afternoon the next day - snaked the sewer drain and made sure the water was draining as it should before he left - It was a dirty job, but Joe got it done quick, trust Joe in my house to get the job done - great service provider

Booked an appointment 2 weeks out since they are so busy. Took off work and waited from 9am - 10am for them to arrive. After not hearing from them, I called the office to learn I was not on the schedule. The receptionist said, "sorry" all guys are on another job today. If this is the way they treat new customers, I advise you to keep looking. My patience of waiting 2 weeks for service did not pay off.
