Joe was knowledgeable and consulted me on the best course of action that could be taken. This included me doing some of the work myself with basic parts. He offered to do it for me, but said it was easy enough that I should be able to complete myself. I really appreciated the honesty and direction and will be using them moving forward.

It went great. Turned out to be a bigger job then I realized. The first crew came out on a Tuesday. They could get the small snake through, but not enough to clear it. The big snake got hung up on the bends of the drain pipes. They spent 2 or 3 hours trying to get it cleared. They needed to come out the next day to install a clean out trap and clear it from there, which was a four hour job. Everyone I dealt with was great. Very friendly and professional. I'll use them again when I have a plumbing problem. I thought the price was reasonable as well.

I love working with Joe and the rest of the team at Fazio's. They go above and beyond in their professionalism and communication. Joe was able to identify and fix the problem with my drains backing up - roots had gotten in the pipes. He got the roots out, which completely cleared the drains. He also gave me recommendations for how to prevent it from happening again. I've worked with Fazio's several times now, and they will continue to be my go-to plumbing service in the future.

Great. I got a visit scheduled immediately. They were on time. Fazio's workers quickly determined what and where the problem was and that they needed bigger equipment. Another crew came and fixed the immediate problem and showed me where repairs are needed for a permanent fix and quoted me a good-sounding price for the larger job.

I had an issue with my sink plumbing and the crew that was sent out by the company was unable to do the job. I was charged for the service and when the owner found out what had happened he called to express how sorry he was and to return my money and would pay for the service performed by another company. I received a check a few days later. I was very upset intentionally but the owner was very honorable and expressed the crew should have called him for further instructions. I appreciate how this was handled by the company. I would hire them in the future.

Waste of MONEY and very rude behavior by the owner. I called them for drain back up problem. They came and did snaking for 2 hrs and told me that they cleared 100ft towards city side but stoppage was not cleared. They informed me that there is a problem in city side. When I called city service department they put a camera and notice that they did not cleared at all. City department cleared the block. I have not seen such a company who takes money for doing nothing.

This was an HSA (home warranty) call. The home warranty company works with multiple plumbers so another plumber was originally assigned our job. We'd never heard of the other company so we asked if they could assign our work order to Fazio Plumbing since HSA has used them in the past for our jobs. They are a great family owned company who are always polite and responsive. When I spoke to Gehan (the office manager) she was so nice on the phone but explained they were extremely busy with customers who had scheduled work 10 days in advance. She said would try her best to squeeze our job in whenever possible. She wasn't able to give me an exact date or time due to their crazy schedule. Joe Fazio made time to come out a few days later and was as efficient and pleasant as always. He explained the issue to me and also the solution before he did the work. I could have had another plumber come out sooner than Gehan was able to schedule our job but to us it was worth waiting for Fazio because we feel comfortable with the quality of his work.

HAVING LOST AN ENTIRE WEEK WITH NOTHING BUT HOLES IN THEE WALL Working with Fazio Plumbing & Sewer has probably been the WORST experience I have had for many years. This review is not a reflection of their work which - unfortunately - I can not speak to at all, but to the rude and very unprofessional lady that seems completely incapable of handling the back & front office of this business. The technician that came to find and repair a leak was courteous and we were off to a good start. Due to this being an HSA warranty claim they had to stop in the middle of trying to figure out where the problem was to get further authorization from the home warranty which usually takes anywhere between two 24 hours if you call it in right away which had been my previous experience with several other service providers. So no problem there. HOWEVER Fazio P & S didn't bother to call in to HSA and get authorization FOR 4 FULL DAYS even though we were told they would be back in a day or two!!! The receptionist didn't call it in because she was too busy and it takes too long to call these things in (I wonder how other service provider manage the same thing in a reasonable time and manner??)... the leak we had affected an entire bathroom: shower, toilet and all and she is too busy to call it in for 4 days??? The result was that we had to wait a FULL WEEK for them to come back JUST to continue the search for the problem. Said week later I was told they would come in the afternoon, but got a call at 11.30AM that they are there 15 minutes away. Now I am working from home and had a client scheduled at that time and asked her if they could please come in 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes which got the receptionist really upset with me... They showed up 60 minutes later - which was again just before I had another client call scheduled! But I made it work. After the technicians left at 1.30pm I called Fazio to confirm that they will be back the next day for the actual repair as previously discussed and also to find our which time they would come so I could schedule my work day accordingly. Once again I did not receive a call back before the end of the business day. So I called again just to get told off by her how their technicians lost 45 minutes today because of me (!!) and how I expect something as unreasonable as getting a call back when I know how busy she is all day on the phone (say what??). When I told her it would have taken her only 5 seconds to let me know that tomorrow is confirmed and at what time the crew is coming she then decided that they are not going to come at all and cancelled the work order. Now I am having lost an entire week with nothing but holes in the wall and another week of waiting until another plumber can come to finish what Fazio had started.

Joe came out to bid on fixing / replacing broken storm drains and took a step by step approach to fixing / replacing my storm drains; whereas, every other contractor that gave me an estimate wanted to rip out the entire system and replace the whole thing for double the cost. As I was in the process of selecting a contractor I had a broken pipe that partially flooded my basement while I was out of town. Joe came over after 5pm on a Saturday for the emergency fix. As a result, he got the bid for my storm drains. Joe and his team did a really good job with the storm drains and explained the problems and how they were fixed along the way. Since then I've also had Joe out to put in a water line for a fridge and install a dishwasher. I've found Fazio Plumbing to just be reliable and they do the job right. They don't just use the cheapest materials to make the biggest buck, they do it right the first time and make sure it will last. I'll use Fazio for all of my future plumbing needs.

The guys that came out did not seem to have any plumbing knowledge.? I took them throughout the house to show them where I thought the problem might be and they just agreed with me the whole time.? They didn't give me any indication that they knew how to fix it and that they would have to check with upper management to determine the best course of action.? I paid my $59 for their 8 minutes of service. They left. It has been almost 3 weeks, and I haven't heard a word from them.? Very disappointed as I needed to get this fixed as soon as possible.? Now I have to pay another plumbing company to come out to do the same thing.? I don't understand why plumbers are allowed to charge just to come out and look and then never get back to you.?

This was a windy and rainy night, and the plumber was by himself. Even with the bad weather, he took the time to run the snake both ways (even though the drain was already cleared). I appreciate this, as I think that it was the main reason for the issue and it might not have been resolved otherwise. Younger kid, but definitely experienced and a nice guy.

Joe is always pleasant and professional. He makes us feel he will do whatever it takes to get the job done. If we ask him to fix a plumbing issue he takes time to explain options and the approximate cost of each. His prices have always been reasonable. We feel very comfortable recommending Fazio Plumbing to our family and friends.

When the first team could not unblock the sewer outside the rental property, Ms. Gehan sent another plumber the next day who was able to unblock it completely. Even though it took several hours, we were not charged anything extra.

This visit was related to a home warrantee program. Preferred Vender (Fazio) was called by the agency. They were rude when they arrived. They moved very fast and were not interested in explaining the details of the work. They appeared to want to collect their 75$ deductible (cost that warrantee makes you pay to vender just for them to look at the problem). They did a decent job on the repair but overall it was rushed work, with poor professionalism. Average company with average to above average work.

Pressure still low in house. The workers had attitudes, they were grumpy and argumentative, and ended up not didn't fix a particular problem. They did come 3 times to "fix" the same problems that ended up not being fixed. We paid them for every visit. We missed work to handle the appointment times. They showed up late every time. After their poor service, we experienced a separate plumbing problem--we contacted a different plumber.

Provider just ignored me after they made the appointment. I'm shocked an A rated provider would completely blow me off.

I was quite satisfied with them. Just one worker to do the job. They were fine in the work they did. I would recommend them to a friend or a relative.

We have a history of tree roots getting into our pipes, I get them "unclogged" every other year. Unfortunately we have had huge down pours of rain in the last 48hours and the sewer system combined with tree roots caused the sewerage/rain water to back up into my basement. I called Fazio's and they came immediately, despite the late hour and pouring rain. They are always VERY helpful and friendly. I have used them at least 4 times in the past 5 years. This was a costly repair as it was definatley after hours, but it couldn't have waited until the moring or my entire basement would have been flooded!! Well worth the money.

I was very pleased with this service provider. Joe was on time, well organized, knowledgeable and very helpful. Will definitely use him again.
