Everything was excellent. The appraiser was courteous, efficient, and did a fine job. I was very pleased with his work.

Excellent. The appraisal was ordered and received electronically. Mr. Evans conducted the appraisal within two days of its arrangement. The report received via e-mail was of the highest quality.

I would use them again in the future.

He was accurate to the quote and used the software that all the appraisers use. He came out promptly and gave the report promptly. He did have a couple of errors in it for things that he just incorrectly identified like the flooring materials or that type of things. I had a disagreement with him on whether it was a three bedroom house or a four bedroom house. But, other than that he was timely and his report was very professional. He uses the current state-of-the-art software to provide a nice report documenting his findings.

I left Mr. Evans a message outlining what we needed; he responded promptly. He set up an appointment for the very next day. He arrived exactly on time, asked a few questions about the property and confirmed the nature of the needed appraisal. He offered to assess the inside of the house first, in case I wanted to leave early and get to work in a timely manner (I chose to stay). Mr. Evans was quick but thorough, drawing a quick sketch of the floorplan, and taking measurements and photographs. We then moved outside, where he took more photographs and measurements. He took note of the house's siding and roofing, and asked about the age of the roof. He asked if I would rather receive his report via US Mail or e-mail, and said I would receive his report in a couple of days. The report arrived as promised within two days; it was thorough and professional.

Evans returned my initial call - on a weekend - within a few hours. He arrived on time, asked questions about property history, took measurements and took digital photos as we went through every room and floor of the house. He was very thorough, obtaining market value info for several comparable properties in the area. He also did the necessary research and educated us regarding the rationale for valuing the adjacent vacant lot. The report was e-mailed promptly. And he was very patient in addressing some technical difficulties that I had in retrieving the information. He was not only professional, providing the exact product I needed, but I found that he went above and beyond in the area of customer service. I highly recommend this company and would call again if the need should arrive.

Jim returned our call promptly, and came out to do the appraisal within a couple of days. He is very personable, goes about his job quietly and very professionally. He took measurements and pictures, and answered all our questions thoroughly. He gave us the option of paying him simply a consultant's fee, or of having the full appraisal done.
