Our experience working with the Ed Huck team was great. Courtenay Cottenden did a great job of answering questions promptly and making sure that we understood the process on both the sale of our Fairview Park house and the purchase of our new house in Avon. The people Courtenay suggested for inspection (Dave Beck from Lighthouse Inspections) and the new home loan (John Deleva from Amerifirst Mortgage) both did great job of making a complex process work out. Courtenay even kept working while she was on vacation and ensured that other people from the Ed Huck office would meet us to move the process along. We would strongly suggest using Ed Huck and namely Courtenay for anyone looking to buy or sale a house.

I cannot say enough nice things about Jenny from the Ed Huck team. She is friendly, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and dedicated. I can't imagine having a better experience with a realtor than I did with Jenny. She was always available for questions (I'm a first time home buyer, so there were a lot of questions) even if they weren't typical questions a realtor would be expected to answer. I know she does have other clients, but most of the time, she made it feel as if I was her only client. That's customer service at its finest! The support provided by the Ed Huck Team made it possible for her to focus on my needs as a client without being bogged down in details and paperwork. I cannot recommend Jenny enough, and I would be comfortable recommending other members of the Ed Huck Team if she is not available for whatever reason.

My family moved to Cleveland from out of state and worked with Ed Huck to find our new neighborhood and home. Ed was great not just showing us houses but introducing us to our new town, showing different neighborhoods and the pros and cons of each. He was very responsive and did not rush us into anything. After we closed on our house he and his team were always available to answer any questions regarding updates to our home and who to go to. I'd recommend Ed's team to anyone moving to the area and would work with him again.

Mary Goodwin and the Ed Huck Team did it all! Listed, photographed, promoted, helped us get it cleaned up, staged and SOLD. Mary is an artful communicator and very composed from start to finish. She is my definition of realtor, and have never worked with a realtor that did even 1/4 of what Mary did to sell my home at a very reasonable rate. She did so much to help the sale it was the best investment ever to sell a home. Can't say enough great things about her and the service she provides. If you want to sell a house hire Mary. It will get done, right, timely, and with the utmost level of professionalism.

Our family was relocating out of state which has a certain amount of anxiety associated with it. When Ed Huck came to our home he was up front and honest about what he was going to do for us. We appreciated his professional insight into things that we needed to do to make our house more attractive for selling. We followed his advice and the few things that we did went pretty far in increasing the perceived value of our home. He initiated the sales process with an open house that drew a lot of traffic and generated additional showings throughout the next week or so. We received a solid offer in 10 days. He provided excellent guidance in negotiating an offer. During the following weeks, the Ed Huck Team provided excellent guidance throughout the sales process in a very professional manner. His team was very responsive to our questions and provided a high quality level of support services. I cannot thank the Ed Huck Team enough for the way they lived up to their promise of selling our home under somewhat stressful condions.

Mary Goodwin was an absolute pleasure to work with! Our first home buying experience was wonderful and stress free, and we can not recommend her enough!! Our agent who worked with us, Jeff Cain was absolutely amazing! We were in a tight spot, trying to get into a house quick since we relocated to the Cleveland area and Jeff took the time to listen to us and show us homes exactly with the criteria of what we were looking for. He found us the perfect home and we couldn’t be more happy! Excellent! This provider was extremely professional and had a large team of people to specialize in every aspect of selling a home (staging, professional photos, online marketing, etc.). While slightly more expensive than some other providers I quoted with, the Ed Huck team clearly had a significantly better knowledge of the market in my area and a much more professional approach to the sales process. This resulted in a very quick sell at a price better than what I was hoping for. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and very helpful. I would certainly use this provider again without a second thought.
