We had been looking for a house for a year and half with another Real estate company with no luck. We thought we were never going to find a home and actually get a house that we bid on. Then we met Suzie Patton and she is amazing! She was able to show us houses we were interested in the same day they went on the market and knew what we wanted. She was easy to work with and knowledgeable about the homes. If she didn’t know the answer she was able to find it out quickly for you. Meeting up with Suzie was one of the best parts of the buying a house process. She made it very easy and explained everything along the way. I would, and do, recommend Suzie Patton and the Ed Huck team to be your realtor! You will not regret it!

My husband passed away in December 2018. I knew I didn’t want to keep our house because it was too big to take care of. I searched and look for recommendations on realtors and came across Suzie Patton. My brother-in-law is a realtor in Georgia. We arranged a meeting for all of us to discuss the sale of the house. He was very impressed with her professionalism and game plan. Susie was chosen for the job! There were some things that needed to be fixed in the house and Suzie was right on top of it with recommendations. If you want a realtor that is a go-getter and will stay on top of everything, then Suzie is your woman! If I decide to buy a house again I will definitely use Suzie!

The overall experience was very good. Ed and his team were very efficient at preparing documents for signing and they were knowledgeable about the market. Ed gave very good pricing advice. The only thing that could have been better was communication and working with the listing service. As a first time seller, I was expecting the listing service to schedule viewing appointments a day or two in advance. A lot of them were same day urgent requests. After the buyer made an offer, had the property inspected and we had contractors make minor repairs, the buyers requested an urgent same day walk through to verify repairs were made. I had to leave work to let them in and then they were really late showing up. We were not aware that on closing day we needed to leave the keys, openers, etc. at the house. When my parents sold their home, they turned the keys over to their realtor who transferred them to the buyer's realtor. I received a call that the buyers were sitting in a moving van waiting for the papers to be approved and I needed to drop everything at the house so they could move in as soon as the property closed. I had a time conflict, but after a lot of rushing around was finally able to get the keys to the house. Everything worked out ok, but closing was more hectic than it needed to be.

Mary Goodwin was our agent. She helped us to secure a very nice home that had a high amount of interested within 2 days of it being listed. Pretty amazing since the owners were overseas and there was a 9 hour time difference between us. She also sold our house for top dollar in 10 days. Her negotiating skills are beyond impressive and she is incredibly responsive. I highly recommend Mary Goodwin. She will not waste your time, will sell your house for top dollar quickly and will help you find and secure your dream home.

My husband and I were referred to Jenny by our close friends when we started the process of buying our first home. Jenny made such a confusing and stressful process as easy, straightforward, and less confusing as humanly possible. My husband Matt and I were clueless!!! She has a lot of knowledge about the buying process but always about homeownership in general – which is what we needed!! We never once felt obligated or pressured to spend more than we wanted (we had a tight personal budget). She referred us to an awesome Mortgage Guy and some really good House Inspectors. I felt she was very honest about houses that we looked at – there were quite a few houses that Matt and I were interested in, she would outright tell us she did not recommend us moving forward due to reasons we did not initially “see” due to our lack of experience (certain cracks, foundation, etc). I really appreciated that! I definitely felt like she was in it to help us find a house that fit all our needs and wants rather than making a quick sale. Matt and I had some drama in our house buying – 2 sales falling through for odd reasons at different points in the process, but Jenny stuck with us and was so patient. Now we are expecting our first child in less than 2 months in our new house it couldn’t be better! Thank you Jenny!! I had the pleasure of engaging with Cynthia Winslow Shea and the Ed Huck team for the sale of my home in Fairview Park. Cynthia and their team assembled quickly and efficiently to get all the pictures taken (extremely well done) and get the property listed quickly. The property was listed online at noon on a Thursday and by 2:30pm we had 7 appointments scheduled for that day and another 5 or so for the following day.
