It went well overall, but the bid was a little high. The representative was knowledagble, prompt and courteous. I would call them again for a bid.

Everything went great. They are very honest and reliable. You might pay a little bit more money with this company but they do a great job. I'm very happy with their services. Their quality of work was wonderful.

Owner was extremely knowledgeable, but came across as hard to work with and a bully. Very negative comments about competitors

It worked out okay. They had to come back two times to fix a leak. They probably thought that was my responsibility but I didn?t have a leak there before but it never became an issue. The outfit is pretty professional although I would have preferred having more leeway because it was the end of the season and he was backed up on work. Right now, I don?t believe that the roof is going to leak. They were midway in price between other roofers.

I thought it went well. I would recommend them to someone else. Some of their men spoke broken English, but I thought it went well. So far the roof hasn't leaked.

Everything turned out great. They did great work and cleaned up well. We had a few small problems that they came out and addressed immediately. I have recommended already them.

The crew was there and performed the necessary work. They did a great job of cleaning up all the debris from the tear off and the cutoffs from the new shingles. There are no complaints with their work or clean up of the area. We have had no problems with the new roof.

They did a wonderful job. The two guys that came out were professional. I locked myself out of the house and they were able to remove the screen in the window and open the door for me. The mailbox also fell down inside the garage and they were able to repair it and put it back up.

Excellent. The company promised to do the complete tear off of the old shingles, install new roof and garage gutter, remove all debris, and clean -up in one day -- and they did exactly as they promised.

This job went very well. We solicited 3 estimates. One refused the job because of the wooden shakes on the dormer, but said that the front half of the roof needed to be torn off and redone and the chimneys should be repaired. The second proposed to just repair not tear off and replace. Paul at first recommended a complete tear off and replacement and chimney work. He took longer than we expected to get us an estimate, but came up with a creative solution and what we felt was the best long term fix for our roofing problems considering our budgetary constraints. We asked that the work be completed within the month and this deadline was met. We were very pleased with our experience with this company. Paul is very professional, friendly and easy to work with..

It was excellent. They were responsive to my call. When I called the lady explained to me that they had 25 calls ahead of me because it was that time of year, and that they wouldn't be at my house that day, but probably mid-morning the next day. That was fine for me so she told me what to do in the mean time so it wouldn't get worse. The next day they were here way before they were supposed to be to fix the problem.

The repair man come out and fixed the trim! He did a awesome job. You can't even notice where the damage was located now. I would definitely nominate this provider for the Angie's List Page of Happiness in their publication.

He went over in detail exactly what he would propose and why he proposed it. He was a little bit higher, but he explained why. He told me right up front what I had to have done and what it would cost. He was very straightforward and I felt very comfortable.

I had several estimates. I liked the estimate that they gave. They did the work to my satisfaction. They were able to do the work in an off season. I liked that the work matched the house.

We were given this company's name by a friend who told us they were the best. Paul, the owner, came out to our house and evaluated the situation. After very careful investigation, Paul suggested several options. Paul also told us the advantages and disadvantages of each option.. Paul impressed us with his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to explain all aspects of the job. We were convinced immediately that his company would do the job for us. Paul had two men come out to do the job. John was the roofer who did the work. John was professional, arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up, and seemed to love his job. I also have to mention the secretary that worked for the company. She was so professional and helpful, friendly and also seem to love her job. We were extremely impressed with everyone we dealt with!!! We were further impressed with the wonderful job they did for us.

Leaked immediately after a month, came out and fixed that. But then another leak arose .Under further consideration, he came out and repaired all of the questionable work.

They were timely, and did a good job.

I talked to Mr. DiSilvestro, who comes out in person to look at the job, and he informed me that our window frames and sills were rotting out from the sun, rain and snow. He would cover them with a matching color metal and that would not allow the wood to continue to rot. They look fabulous and the employee he sent was very nice and fast. Price was reasonable too.

This is an excellent company and Paul and his crews take their work personally and do a perfect job. They consider and explain options to you and the work is done on time and on price. I can't speak highly enough about Paul and his team. I would recommend them to anyone with a complex roofing challenge as well as a traditional gabled roof. He's the kind of roofer we all want and know it's taken care of and we forget about it.

They did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable. At their place of business, they have samples of their different roofing materials and products so we were able to make a very informed decision about what materials to use. No complaints and I would recommend this company to anyone.

The crew was fast (six hours) and did a good job cleaning up after the job. I only found one roofing nail on the garage floor. My first call for an estimate wasn't returned, but they were apologetic on the second call and came out promptly. The estimate was professional and thorough. I didn't get much advance notice before the crew came to do the work, but the weather was unpredictable that week so it was understandable.
