I would use Countertop Solutions again without any hesitation. They were professional, friendly, affordable, and just pleasant to work with. I cannot speak more highly of them. They have a couple of locations throughout NE Ohio, they are family owned, and they don't use sub-contractors. After getting quotes from Lowe's and Home Depot, we stopped by the Countertop Solutions store in Westlake. We spent over an hour talking with the saleswoman about our different options (laminate, Corian, granite, quartz) and left with some general estimates based on the measurements we brought (two 12 inch pieces and one 107 inch piece). She wasn't pushy, she was informative, and she answered all of our questions. We stopped back in a few days later and let them now that we were interested in moving forward based on the price and the fact that they use their own installers. Within a few days, a man came out to make measurements, and based on the ease of this project, they installed the countertops a week later. The cost for the cheapest granite w/ labor came to around $2100 (which included the plumber for the install) for two 12 inch pieces and one 107 inch piece with a 4 inch backsplash. We removed the old countertops and disconnected the plumbing/dishwasher ourselves. We also purchased our own sink from Amazon for $150 on sale. They have a ton of options of granite, but why we went with them is because of the 6 most affordable styles. On the downside, you couldn't pick your slap, but the saleswoman was very open about which types had low variation. We went with the steel grey, and we couldn't be happier. For maybe $300-400 more, we could have chosen our own slab, but we really didn't care once we researched the low variation with the steel grey. I could be wrong, but I saw granite between $43/ sq. ft. up to over $70. The installers were friendly and efficient, and the install lasted probably 1.5 hours (if that). They were clean, friendly, on time, and the lead installer spent time explaining maintenance with me. Overall, they were great.
