I could not be happier with the outcome. The work is top notch, the skill and professionalism of the crew was far beyond expectations, and in my opinion the cost was extremely reasonable for what was accomplished. I got 3 other estimates for the work, and Coulter was in the middle. John Coulter and his crew – Scott, Danny, Jesse, and George are hardworking, knowledgeable, and respectful individuals who operate like a finely tuned machine. They work clean, safe, and efficiently, and I was completely comfortable having them at my home. Multiple unforeseen situations arose as the digging progressed, and every one was handled smoothly and at minimal additional cost. If you need waterproofing or cement work, you will not find a more capable, honest, or professional outfit than Coulter. I would hire them again without a second thought, and I plan to have them back for some additional concrete work next year.

The owner John Coulter and his crew were skilled professional who used the best practices to secure my home and replace my driveway. They were accessible to explain each step and exacting in completing all work. They restored all landscaping and created a more estheticlly pleasing driveway than the 70 yr. old original. The team was also extremely conscious of not interfering with our neighbors while performing this extensive work. Coulter and his crew did a tremendous job waterproofing our basement last summer, working in 90 degree heat, often shoveling by hand around our foundation. He and the workers were extremely knowledgable and hard working. We were very satisfied with the job and would definitely hire them again.
