CertaPro Painters® of Westlake & Medina - Strongsville

The painting project was just completed. I had asked for new window caulking to be done at the same time. The painters did an exceptional job. They were extremely professional in everything from neatness, cleanup, courtesy, manning the job correctly and even checking their work. This was really a five-star plus job for a reasonable cost. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. There was no mess left, and the house looked great. The employee was polite, professional and efficient. He answered all of our questions in a gracious manner.

Roberto was awesome. He was prompt, and fast while still doing a stellar job. Chris was also here at the exact time we were told he would be when he came for the estimate.

Very well as work crew were diligent, meticulous and through in their work.They arrived early and followed schedule to complete the job a little earlier than I expected. I would Brad and the crew highly.

They protected my house from grass and kept area clean.

They stated they needed a special bonding primer and semi gloss enamel.

I purchased the paint. I didn't have a problem with costs. I got bids from other people. The workmanship was one of the problems. I called and complained and they came back out and corrected some of it. I have painted portions of the home before. They did a great job of painting the exterior of the house. I had the deck, 2 bridges and fencing done. I'm too old to paint them anymore so I called Certapro. Maybe when you do things for yourself you have high expectation. We have a patio that has pavers on it. They got paint on my patio. Those little things. When I painted my fencing, there are flowers around, I made sure I covered it up. They just painted on the d**** plants.

There were some problems but they were worked out to my satisfaction.

It was an excellent job and I would recommend them to all. they were pleasant from the time of booking to the estimate to the actual job completion the two that painted were very neat very meticulous. Very punctual, hard working and very pleasant. I would request them again.

Really professional conduct. Very thorough, preparing and finishing, cleaning up, etc. All very well done. We are having them back in May for more work. Highly recommend Brian and his crew.

Jerod arrived on time and explained in detail what he would be doing. Throughout the job he checked with me on how it looked. He was meticulous and cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. A great example of top customer service.

overall, we were very impressed by the quality of the paint job. They were very professional and timely with the job. They were very quick to come out and give an estimate and then to actually start the job. The paint looks great and we are very happy with the finished product. We will definitely use them for future painting projects. We would recommend to friends and family.

Great! The quote came in at a reasonable rate compared to other that we checked. They were very professional and the job was completed in a timely manner. The crew was also vary tidy throughout the job which was a bonus!

It went ok. The salesman Bernie was great very responsive, professional and friendly. The painters Brett and Jarrod were friendly and did an ok job. The reason I say ok job is that they did not do a thorough job. They did not tape, nor did the bring enough materials to cover my carpets, ceiling fans and furniture. And as a result I am seeing issues after the fact. The paint that was used is coming off all the wood surfaces of my doors and banisters. There was dust left on all of the surfaces mentioned and some paint on kitchen sink and living room table. They spilled gray paint on my barely 1 year old carpet in the dining room and did not clean it up immediately. I had to call and ask what happened since the area was hard when I walked on it. They did attempt to clean it the next day but the stain is still present. The attempts made the second day should have been made when it happened. The company offered $50 for the damage which is obviously not enough for the damage that was done. When I originally gave my review it was based on difference that was made to the rooms but after hiring someone different to finish my rooms for far less. I realized that the work they did was not sufficient for the money I paid (3200.00) and the results that I expected based on the reviews that were shown during the sales process. I am not a happy customer and overall the project did not go as expected or desired.

They did a great job. Very neat and professional. The staff was very friendly and painted my building like it was their own house. I have several other buildings that need to be painted and will be having CertaPro paint those as well.

Very professional. Workers showed up when scheduled. Were polite and efficient. Jobs were completed on time. Foreman reviewed completed job with me to make sure nothing was missed and we were completely happy.

Great, the crews cut good lines, put down tarps so they didn't make a mess. The owner came out to ensure we were happy.

I was very impressed how easy the process was. I was able to get a quote quickly and get an appointment scheduled to have someone paint the exterior of my house. I got several other quotes and felt the price was fair. I choose CertaPro because of the fair price, responsiveness and ease of getting a quote and appointment, and because my aunt worked with them previously and had amazing feedback. They showed up on time, when they said they would and the painters were very professional. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished and the paint job looked great. It made such a huge difference for the curb appeal of our house! Looks brand new! I will be using CertaPro again in the near future to paint the inside of my house too!

Certa Pro had a team come out and paint the entire interior of our house. Spiro (and his group) were professional, extremely nice, quick and they did a fantastic job, ! I would definitely hire them again.
