+ -1 moreI called a week ago for the appointment to be scheduled today. I called about 45 minutes before he was scheduled to come out and he said, "Didn't anyone call you and tell you I hurt my back? I won't be able to come out." No one called me to cancel, reschedule or anything. Now it has been a week and my problem still isn't fixed.
Description of Work: I called this company to come out and snake a toilet.
