Description of Work: Scott James came and checked inside and outside for the roof leak. He then went on the roof and checked around the entire roof and all the air vents. He saw on one air vent that nails were protruding and that it was loose. He caulked around the air vent and around the protruding nails. He said that if there were any more leaks to call him back.

Description of Work: THE OFFICE STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS AND INFORMATIVE. BILL BLIVENS WAS PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS. HE ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE BEFORE HE LEFT. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE CONTRACT WHICH WAS UNDERSTANDABLE, DETAILED AND PROFESSIONAL. AFTER TEARING OFF THE OLD ROOF IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE PLYWOOD NEEDED REPLACE AND BRAD SMITH CALLED TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AND THE ADDED MATERIAL WAS DELIVERED WITH NO INTERRUPTION IN THE WORK SCHEDULE. THE CLEAN UP WAS PHENOMENAL. THE CREW HOSED DOWN THE DRIVEWAY AND PATIO BEFORE LEAVING. NO DEBRIS WAS LEFT BEHIND. AS FOR RESPONSIVENESS: AFTER THE CREW LEFT I NOTICED THAT MY TV CABLE WHICH WAS LOOSE BEFORE THE JOB WAS HANGING DOWN OVER THE PATIO DOOR. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND WITHIN 20 MIN., THE CREW HAD RETURNED AND PUT THE CABLE IN PLACE (BETTER THAN BEFORE THEY CAME) THEY AGAIN WERE PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS. IT WAS A HASSLE-FREE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
