Description of Work: Contacted them a few times to come out to look at a roof for repairs. They finally called back and finally showed up. They were going to have someone come back and provide an estimate and I never heard from them again, even after calling yet again and leaving a message. Got the impression that the job was too small and therefore not profitable enough for them.

Description of Work: Came out immediately for basic service to stop repair but then over quoted for permanent repair. Charged high the first time too but that was ok since it was an emergency. However after that was very unreasonable about price so went with someone else who offered cheaper method and price.

Description of Work: They repaired both wood and shingles that needed to be fixed on our roof which had a leak. We had tried another roofer first and it was a nightmare. This company was great, repairs were made in timely fashion, they showed up when they said they would and the matter was taken care of, no further leaks in the roof.

Description of Work: Needed a roof repair. I explained that I did not want a new roof (no $$ for one at this time). Everyone else kept quoting for a new roof. Although, it was explained to me that they could not guarantee it because of the age of the roof I was okay with that. Description of Work: Removed our Gutter Helmet & put their product in. So far all is well but salesman didn't really talk much about their product. I went ahead w/ the work based on reviews from Angie's list & the co. reputation. Won't really know how well it works til we get wet leaves &/or snow. Description of Work: I had Brad-Smith rebuild 2 chimneys, replacing old weathered brick that kept crumbling, solving a roof leakage problem, new flashing and new adjacent shingles. Did an excellent job. Looks great. Will evaluate the water-tightness over the new few seasons. Expensive to do, but I thought their price compared well with other bids received.
