Made an appointment, company called me back to see if they could come earlier, I said yes. Scott came, looked things over, gave me an estimate. He also gave me 100.00 off for a coupon I had from the monthly magazine. The original price was 350.00. The company kept me updated along the way, making sure I knew when he job would be done. That was great. They completed the job, I wasn't home, but my neighbor informed me they had done the work. Great company.

There was a big storm we had and I was concerned about the roof being damaged but he was honest. He climbed up the ladder and inspected the roof. He told me it would cost a lot to get the siding off which was unnecessary as he thought it wouldn't happen again. He even recommended a technique to use tracing paper to trace the stains to make sure it didn't grow during heavy rains. He proved very helpful and came on time. He didn't charge us for the estimate too.

We found them on Angie's List. Of all the guys we had come out they were the ones that figured out to do it. Other people would have made mistakes. They realized a problem that no one else realized getting it right the first time.

I called on Sat. Brad Smith Roofing was able to give me a reasonable price for the service. They let me know that they were busy all around town doing rooftop ice removal, and told me they wouldn't be able to come out until Monday. I told them I was leaving town on Monday, and asked if there was any chance they could fit me in that weekend. I was very relieved that after calling me back, they let me know they could fit me in. Overall, their phone service/sales folks were very professional, and the team they sent out was great.

They completed the work efficiently, within an hour. Cleared all the snow and ice (which had been jammed up in the gutters and under the roof shingles, causing my living room ceiling to leak). They also shoveled away all the snow and ice, which then had fallen onto my walkway and driveway. Excellent service. I'd recommend them.

It went well. I like the Brad Smith technique of using a large crew to complete the job in one day.

We called Brad Smith Roofing to give us an estimate on repairing a leak in our roof. The salesman came out and said that he recommend we patch the area that was leaking with roofing tar, and that he could get a truck out in a few days. We specifically asked him if he thought this would work, and if it were his house, is this what he would do, as opposed to re-roofing the house. He said said that this repair should do the job, so we signed a contract for the work, with the understanding that the work would not be "legally" guaranteed. Less than we week after the repair, we got a heavy rain, and the roof leaked MUCH WORSE than before the repair. Not only did their recommended course of action not repair the leak, they somehow made the leak worse! We were understandingly reluctant to pay this bill! When we talked to one of the owners about the possibility of negotiating the price down -- as a matter of good faith, given that we followed their representative's recommendation and the problem got worse instead of better -- we were told that they would "slap a lien against us" unless we promptly paid the bill. Since the repairs weren't "legally" guaranteed, and we didn't feel like dragging out this fight, we paid the bill. But we were extremely dismayed at the company's unwillingness to stand by their work and deliver a good product to a satisfied customer. In addition, I should mention that when the repair job didn't work, we even asked the company for an estimate on a complete re-roofing job -- still giving them the benefit of the doubt at that point. The sales rep left an estimate on my answering machine, and although I requested a written estimate, they never followed through! All in all, a very bad experience with this company!

Roofing materials were delivered, but weather delayed work for a couple of days. The removal of the old roofs, gutters, and decking and installation of new decking and roof took 2 days. Gutters were installed a couple of days later. During the roof work, workmen stepped onto our ceilings in several rooms. Brad Smith sent a painting/wallboard contractor to repair the damage a couple of weeks later, which was done to our satisfaction. Total time from signing the contract to completion: 10 weeks.

We hadn't intended on spending as much as we did, but the wood below my roof was very soggy, so they had to replace all of it which we agreed to. This took them two days. The first day there was a lot of garbage, but they had a dumpster in the yard. Everything was cleaned up incredibly. The second day was the same, they did a superb job. I was very, very pleased with their work. I would absolutely hire them again.

This was a very positive experience. They were prompt in coming and did clean work. The work was done quickly and everything looks very nice.

Before Brad Smith came out we already had a roofing inspection by an independent inspector and new the roof needed to be replaced. When Brad Smith's estimator arrived he never even stepped off of the driveway. He told us the roof didn't need to be replaced; it could be repaired, but it was a Squire's roof and we should contact the manufacturer. The next day the manufacturer's representative was waiting for me after work--I had contacted them, Brad Smith did so for me without my approval.

The roof install went fine. Originally we were told that we did not need gutters, but they started leaking after the roof install. Drew came out and offered to do the gutters for a reduced rate. They were installed a few days later and everything looks great!

So far so good! The only problem we had was the office communication. Telling us when they would show up to do the work. There were times we would call and ask when they were coming, the office would tell us they were on there way then 6 hours later, find out that they weren't planning on coming until later, the office was just unaware of their schedule. The workers were neat and did their job and were gone quickly.

Sales staff was wonderful, attentive and patient in my decision making process. Crew lived up to every promise of the staff. Complete job took less than 3 days and the yard was completely cleaned each day.

Josh was here within 5 minutes of when he said he would come. He was very, very thorough. He was here for about 2 hours. We walked around the whole house together and he looked at everything and took all the measurements. He sat down with me to go over the proposal. Everything was addressed step by step in this proposal. He sent me the estimate in 3 days. Their price was less than other estimates we had received.

They were the lowest bid from other roofers. They have a good reputation around here. They were punctual, they called if they were ever going to be delayed, and kept in contact with me, which I appreciated.

Our experience with them was fine. They came when they said they would and did the job they said they would do.

Excellent! They did a great job. They were here when they were supposed to be. They did a very good clean up after they were done. They were really great to work with.

They did an excellent job and kept me informed when they found problems. They were able to complete the job in one day! The salesman was very helpful. My only complaint was that the workers threw cigarette butts on my lawn. When I called the company about my concerns, they were very apologetic. They said they were going to take measures to make sure that didn't happen in the future.

The job was done in three days. They warned me that the price was about to go up because of the price of petroleum, and got the order in before that happened. They kept me informed very well about where they were on the project. The salesman was very informative and professional.

A pleasant, knowledgeable sales person came at a convenient time for us soon after I called for an appointment. They subcontracted the gutter installation which surprised me, but the crew was competent and careful of our landscaping. A second crew came to install the gutter guard and clean and re-seal the other gutters, also working carefully. All work was well done and looks nice. I did have to call the company several times to find out when the work would be done. I would have appreciated their calling me once the work was scheduled so we could be sure to have someone home. The price for the cleaning and re-sealing of the gutters was on the high side (they seem to have charged for travel time when the crew was already going to be here to install the gutter guard, which was a set price, travel time included.) The other work seemed fairly priced.

It was very good. He came out and checked all of my gutters. He was honest and very reasonable. He could have redone the whole house but he only did the part that needed it.

The experience was very good. They were very professional. They showed up on time to do the job. I would hire them again in the future and recommend them to others as well.
