THEY DID A LOUSY JOB. THE INITIAL CARPET SAMPLES WERE SWITCHED, AND THEY DIDN'T NOTICE IT UNTIL I MENTIONED IT TO THEM, AND SINCE THE CARPET HAD BEEN CUT, IT CAUSED EXTRA SEAMS. THE HALLWAY HAD VERY NOTICEABLE STAPLE MARKS ON EACH SIDE ALL THE WAY DOWN. THE HALLWAY CARPET HAD TO BE REINSTALLED. THE BEDROOM CARPET WAS POORLY INSTALLED. PARTS AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE ROOM WERE CRUSHED UNDER THE WALL. INSTALLERS HAD TO COME OUT TWICE TO FIX THIS, WHICH MEANS WE HAD TO TAKE OFF 2 DAYS OF WORK TO BE HERE. THE CARPET REPAIR AROUND THE FIREPLACE WAS POORLY DONE. THE FAULT WAS WITH THE FIRST CREW, THE SECOND CREW JUST TRIED TO MAKE THE BEST OF A BAD SITUATION. IT LOOKS HORRIBLE. THE OVERALL JOB WAS TERRIBLE.

IT IS ABSOLUTE TRUTH THAT OUR INSTALLER INSTALLED THE WRONG CARPET IN HER HALLWAY. BUT YOU FAIL TO MENTION THAT WE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY. UPON INSPECTION WE TOLD THE CUSTOMER THAT IT WOULD BE REPLACED WITHOUT QUESTION. THE CARPETING IN THE BEDROOM IS INSTALLED PROPERLY, HOWEVER, THE CLIENT'S FLOORS HAVE DROPPED, CAUSING A GAP BETWEEN THE FLOOR AND BASEBOARD, HENCE THE "CRUSHED UNDER THE WALL" EFFECT. OBVIOUSLY, WE WANT YOUR MEMBERS TO BE HAPPY WITH THEIR INSTALLATION AND I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO WORK WITH THEM TO ACHIEVE THIS. IF THEY ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR INSTALLATION A MONETARY COMPENSATION HOWEVER WILL NOT CHANGE THE APPEARANCE OF THEIR CARPET OR INSTALLATION.
