Quickly scheduled time to assess the project. Service provider called ahead to let me know he was running a few minutes late, which was much appreciated. Courteous staff on the phone. My husband and I started a window reglazing project and part way through, felt we were in over our heads! B-K Glass came out to provide a quote to complete the project. Quote was the best price we received; however, we ended up not going with them because we finished the project ourselves! Service provider gave us positive feedback about the work we had done thus far so we kept working on it! I had an extremely positive experience with this company and would definitely call them again in the future.

We were very happy with all of their work and with their installations. I will call them again if I needed some work to be done window wise. We will use their services again in the future.

The first time they came out I liked everything. I think the price was fair considering the work they did. The guys were punctual, professional. They explained what they were doing. It involved taking down a lot of siding to get to the windows and they put everything back so well that you couldn't even tell any work had been done. I thought they did a very nice job. We then had another window that was leaking and I asked them back out for a quote. And for this one window, he quoted me more money than we spent to get all the other work done. I knew how long the work would take them, because I watched them last time, and it would've been only about an hour. The guy giving me the quote said that they had to charge for the travel time as well. I thought that was ridiculous to spend $550 - $600 for one hour worth of work. So, I did not use them for that job.

It never went. They never return my call requesting their service.

Their workers were very efficient. They got the job done very quickly. They were very neat. The work looks great.

They were supposed to have someone measure a window that needed replaced. They did not show up. When I called the next day, I was told there was a mix up and they asked if they could come out that day. I had to check with my wife to see if she was available. She was. I called them back and said to come and give us an estimate. They did not show up. My wife changed her schedule two days in a row.

They gave a prompt estimate and installed custom built door and screen within approximately 3 weeks. The installation was done in one day and we were satisfied with the quality of the door and the workmanship. The screen door started sticking this Spring and they quickly came out and fixed the problem at no charge.

They are great and they are one of the best that we've used. They were on time and showed when we made appointment. They brought the materials when they told me and didn't delay any of the work being done. It was done in the wintertime so we had an open area. They did everything in a timely fashion and did a really good job. I actually called them back out because there was a tiny little thing that needed to be done and they came right out and didn't charge us. They are excellent and they are one of the best companies we have dealt with. I didn't have any issue with the price. They were right in line with everybody else that we spoke with. We are probably going to use them for our windows and rear door.

Initial appointment to measure and quote went well, company rep was on time and professional. Installation went well, company rep on time and installation went as scheduled. Only issue was I later found out the glass table top's center hole for an umbrella was undersized. Company was contacted and replaced in a timely manner.

BK window did a fabulous job. The inspection of our windows was much more thorough than the salesman at Pella performed (Pella missed a rotten window) and by replacing just the sashes of the windows we were able to save thousands of dollars. The installers were prompt and professional. When they removed the window that needed to be replaced they found that the wood under the window was also rotten and repaired the wood frame at a very reasonable price on the spot. I am very happy with the work that they did in our home and will not hesitate to call them again for additional windows.

We found them on Angie’s List, and the work was excellent. We were very happy with them. They came out within 24 hours to give an estimate. After we accepted the offer, they installed the patio door within 2 to 3 weeks, just because it had to be custom-made. They did a good job and they did it all in 1 day. The work on the screen was done promptly and reasonably. I would rate them highly.

They are sociable. They gave me excellent prices. In the last job they picked up 3 screen doors, did a re-screening and fixed them back. They do good work and I trust them.

From start to finish there was great communication, professionalism, and concern for my needs.

From my first telephone call through the pickup of my glass the staff was up front, honest, professional, friendly, and helpful.

The installer was professional and cleaned up when he was done.

Bob Kundmueller, proprietor of B-K Glass Window and Door, assured me that he was the right person to do the job and that I was lucky he was going to save me a lot of money. He promised to have an estimate out to me the next day. After not hearing from him for several weeks, I called him. He again assured me he was interested in the work and would have the estimate to me immediately. I have never heard from him again!

SOMEONE CAME OUT AND QUOTED THE JOB. I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE GLASS TO BE ORDERED BUT MY DOOR WAS STILL INTACT WITH THE GLASS SHATTERED ON ONE SIDE. TWO GUYS CAME WHEN THE GLASS WAS READY AND THEY DID A NICE JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER WORDS. THEY TOOK THE OLD GLASS AWAY ALSO.

JOE, THE INSTALLER AGAIN WAS VERY PUNCTUAL, EFFICIENT, POLITE, and PERFORMED HIS WORK IN A VERY GOOD WORKMANLIKE MANNER. THE GLASS WAS MANUFACTURED CORRECTLY and INSTALLED IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF ORDER. WE WERE VERY PLEASED and WILL USE B-K AGAIN AS WE ANTICIPATE THAT ALL OF THE GLASS IN OUR CLUSTER CONDO WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED.

THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND THEIR DELIVERY OF GOODS AND SERVICE IS PROMPT AND AS PROMISED. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT HONORING THEIR ESTIMATE, THE FINISHED JOB WAS THE SAME AS THEIR QUOTE. THEY ARE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.

EXTREMELY QUICK RESPONSE. CAME OUT, DID THE JOB, EXCELLENT WORK. WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

JAMES WAS VERY PLEASANT AND PUNCTUAL. THE WOMEN I SPOKE WITH TO ORDER IT WERE GREAT TOO.

I TOOK TWO SCREENS TO B-K FOR REPLACEMENT IN MARCH. AFTER TWO WEEKS I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND SOMEONE WOULD RETURN MY CALL. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND PLUNGERS TO FIT THE MADE SCREENS, BUT EXPECTED ME TO PAY FOR THE SCREENS. WHEN I REFUSED, THEY FIGURED OUT THAT THERE WAS A NARROWER FRAME THAT WOULD ACCOMMODATE THE PLUNGERS. THEY TOOK NO INITIATIVE IN FIGURING OUT HOW TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM. I FINALLY PICKED UP THE SCREENS ON MAY 24.

THEY DID NOT USE THE SAME COLOR FRAMING PIECES ON ALL 4 SIDES.

BOB, JIM AND RICK DID EXCELLENT WORK IN EVERY DETAIL. THEY HAD REPLACED 2 WINDOWS SEVERAL MONTHS EARLIER AS A 'PROOF OF CONCEPT' FOR US AND WERE JUST AS PROFESSIONAL, CAREFUL AND EFFECTIVE ON THIS SECOND VISIT.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB & IT WAS IT REALLY CONVENIENT TO HAVE THEM DO THE VINYL SIDING WORK BECAUSE THEY WERE ALREADY THERE & IN OUR AREA.
