Description of Work: Insulated glass was replaced in six wood casement window sashes. Each piece was about 19x47 inches. The lead time was about 3-4 weeks. A 50% deposit was required. The quotation was itemized by material, labor, service call, and tax. Two installers worked about 4 hours putting them in, making some final adjustments, and cleaning the outdoor work area where they set up their equipment. Inside the hoiuse, they put down drop clothes as needed. The widows look great,and the fogging/moisture problems with the old windows are gone. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: B.K. Window & Door put in 2 glass doors in my kitchen cabinets. The experience was painless, the employees were courteous and the price was very economical. We ordered the patterned glass that we wanted after visiting the store and making a selection. About 2 to 3 weeks later they put the glass in. The price quoted was the price we paid. On a few occasions we communicated by email, which was very convenient. The only suggestion that I would make is that I wish the store carried more glass styles. Otherwise, this was a good experience and a good company to work with. I will use them again for my future glass needs.
