The old faucet was leaking and the valve body was damaged on it. Tom the installer replaced it with a Moen Chateau with lever type handle and installed 2 water shutoff valves. The faucet works wonderful with good water pressure and the shower head works very good. He had to sweat all the fittings and valves on but it only took him under 2 hours to do. He cleaned up very good and showed me how it functioned. He gave me a Angies List discount so that made the job even better. A very good experience.

I had an appointment for the following week to replace my 15 year old tank. The day after I set the appointment the tank started to leak. I called them around 4 pm. They arranged for a crew to come out the next day at 8 am. They needed to change some fittings to make the new tank fit properly. The charge was still the price I was quoted over the phone. American Plumbing has been our plumber for about 14 years. They always do excellent work at a good price.

American Plumbing showed up on time. He looked at the problem and told me he wouldn't need more than about 20 minutes. He snaked out the drain (about 21 feet worth he said) reassembled the trap, cleaned up and was on his way in record time. The drain has improved so much, we are considering having American Plumbing come back and clean them all, problem or not, as sort of preventive maintenance.

Everything went well. The plumber was very knowledgeable and explained everything and answered my questions. He made the repairs according to the estimate and even did the outside work on the sump pump outlet at no additional charge. Great guy! Really conscientious. Work was done very quickly and he cleaned up everything perfectly.

Originally came out to snake the kitchen sink that was clogged. We have had several other companies do this, and it just kept clogging again. The employee found that there was an issue in snaking the pipe, so went back to his shop to get a larger snake that would work better. While doing this, he found a major problem that another contractor had created- a broken pipe caused by digging up my basement for waterproofing. The pipe was filled with the concrete that the waterproofing company had poured. They came back out the following week and fixed this problem. They were very fast, friendly and gave me a great price! They even talked to the waterproofing company to try to get them to fix their error. I will definitely use them again!!!

The appointment window was scheduled from 1:00-3:00 and Don arrived at 1:01. It only took him 15 minutes or so. Very professional. Having him come back out this week to replace 3 of our outdoor faucets that are all leaking. Very reasonable quote for that as well.

Everything has gone extremely well on all jobs American has done for us for more than 10 years. The jobs have ranged from replacing plumbing fixtures, cleaning internal and external drain lines, to replacing sump pumps, to replacing collapsed storm drain lines to fixing leaks in gas lines. We have always been more than pleased with all aspects of each job, their timeliness, pricing and professionalism. We highly recommend them without reservations.

Were due to arrive at 9am. Don arrived earlier and began working on clean out in driveway. At 9 am Cory arrived and began work in the house. All went well. Cory installed the bathroom sink and shower head then moved on to the kitchen. He answered all of my questions as he went along. He was professional, took away the old sinks, etc., and no trace of anything was left behind.

My drain was running slow and overflowing when using the sink or doing laundry. Corey came out, quickly assessed the situation, snaked the drain, and everything was perfect! Corey and Don have been out on a number of occasions over the years to work on drains, fix faucet issues, rerun pipes, and replace a water heater. I've always been extremely happy with their work. I particularly like that Corey is very upbeat and respectful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I've been using American Plumbing for over five years due to sanitary & storm sewer issues that continue to occur in my neighborhood. Don and his team are always prompt, professional, review the issue(s), and offer multiple solutions to correct the issue.

Don, the plumber, arrived at the beginning of the time slot promised. He said the job will take about 30 minutes, and it did. After installing the new toilet he tested the connections and operation, and everything was fine. We have used American Plumbing several times and have been very satisfied every time.

Called American Plumbing around 10:30am and asked if they would be able to install a hot water tank the same day. Mine was leaking. They said yes, arrived a few hours latter & installed a new tank. Couldn't be happier. Also, the price was very reasonable.

As usual, Don arrived promptly, and quickly cleared problem drains in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable fee. He always offers good plumbing advice to help prevent future problems. I have called American Plumbing on several occasions in the last few years and they've always been great !!!

Cory came promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and resolved the issue. He was very professional and courteous during the service call. This is the third time we used American Plumbing and have been totally satisfied each time. If we need other plumbing service we will use them again.

They come out as soon as possible and have even came out near Thanksgiving. They were able to fix any problems quickly. They have always been professional, I have used them for years and I trust them with any services.

American Plumbing was outstanding. Cory arrived on time, assessed the situation and went to work. He made some recommendations to help things in the install and for later. The owner stopped by to see if everything was going OK, which very much impressed me. Cory's friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism was the best I have encountered in a very long time.

First, the person on the phone was first rate! I explained what I wanted and she set it up around my busy schedule. Then, Cory came and immediately fixed what could be done. One of the things I wanted he explained in detail and it was just going to be more expense than warranted. It's now off my list till it needs doing. Next he explained the sewer gas issue and came up with a low cost and very acceptable solution. He ordered the part and came back a couple days later to install it. He took the time to show me how it works. I am very happy. I have used American Plumbing in the past, and again, I am pleased. I have a great handy man but for real plumbing, it just pays to hire a pro.
