Outstanding service man.repaired our a/c to our complete satisfaction.Man was on time,thorough and knowleable. We had him back again to check out our heating system.Again we were pleased.

They came out with in an hour and had our heat pump up and running.

First, the receptionist that scheduled my appointment was amazing! She was very understanding about our need to get the air conditioning fixed on a day when it was scheduled to reach 90 degrees with high humidity! She got me scheduled that same afternoon. However, the tech that came out to the house spent the first 30 to 40 minutes sitting in his truck. Then, when he finally came in and looked at the air conditioner informed us that it was the capacitor. He replaced that. The job was completed within about 15 minutes. He then proceeded to sit in his truck for another 30 to 40 minutes. Today, two days later, I went outside to discover that the top of the air conditioner had never been resecured. Not a tremendously big deal, my boyfriend was able to fix it, but I would have expected the top to have been put back on. Overall my experience was positive. The work got done, it was less expensive than I had anticipated, and the air conditioning is working! I was just disappointed that so much time was spent in the truck by the technician and that the top of the unit was not reattached.

Very professional. They came out the next day of me calling. I was surprised how fast the service was. Air conditioning is very important in our house as we have an elderly person who needs air to breathe. Needed a new motor and the universal motor he brought was too big. He said he would be back the following night with the correct motor, and to my surprise he was back early in the morning. Was very happy that we didn`t have to go another day without air. Showed up when they said they would. Evaluated the job. Promptly completed the project. Knowing it was home warranty work they still did not overcharge for their work.

The tech was friendly and courteous. Seemed to know his stuff. He explained everything in detail and gave me options. My only concern was the cost of the repair. It was quite a bit more than I had expected. However, I can't determine if they were more expensive than others, since I didn't get other quotes. I just wanted my AC fixed. I would encourage others to get at least a couple quotes.

I was told by another company I needed a new furnace but I wanted a second opinion. Both Ray and Bo came to my house and after examining my furnace said I did not need a new furnace at this time. Ray was great explaining things to me and the quote they gave me for a new furnace was cheaper then the other company. I intend to use All Weather for my future heating and cooling maintenance.

The technician was prompt and came on time. Was pleasant and clearly knew what he was doing and identified our problem right away and explained things very well. I would recommend this company the technician Rob to anybody!

I was so pleased w/ our service that I scheduled service for 2 other properties to have the AC and Furnace serviced. They were punctual, informative, friendly and did a very good job for us. They are also reasonably priced! I will definitely use All Weather Heating and Cooling again and would recommend them for service.

I was charged $105 for a 10 minute visit. He didn't have to replace anything just clean the burners and that was all. Over priced for sure.

The tech who came to the house was very courteous, very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and explained what he was doing and why. In less than 3 hours, he diagnosed and repaired the problem. Our former service had been trying to figure it out for 2 years. Office staff was also very courteous and helpful. If you need work done, I would absolutely recommend these folks with no reservations.
