From the first call to Kim, who was absolutely wonderful, it all went very well. Kim walked through the process, explaining every detail. worked with me to find the best date and time and we scheduled. Rick and assistant came, were professional, informative, thorough and immaculate in cleanup very happy

It all starts with a phone call to make an appointment. Kim was awesome. She explained every detail, answered questions, priced the job and scheduled the appointment. Very friendly and upfront about their service. On appointment day, they showed up right on time and went right to work. Rick explained what he and his assistant were going to do, how long it might take and how noisy it would likely be. :) They are also very dog friendly people. A plus in this household. When they were done they left everything very clean, wore booties over their shoes and left no dust or fingerprints anywhere. All in all a great experience. In fact we have two relatives in the area and will definitely use Advanced Air Duct Solutions for their ducts, too.

I am changing my original review as I will accept Advance's response as true and accurate. Although I was very disappointed in the circumstances in not being able to see the before/after pictures of my air ducts, I will accept that the phone (camera) were not working. It has been two weeks since we have had the air ducts cleaned and I do notice a big improvement in the dust in the house.which was my main concern. We had a huge amount of drywall dust that got circulated daily as well as the new contruction dust/debris that has been in the house since 1987! I am satisfied with the job done. And would highly recommend to Advance that they invest in an inexpensive printer that they can hook up to their truck and print before/after pictures of air ducts that they clean. It would be a tangible that customers could share/show others interested in air duct cleaning.

They were right on time and right on target with the money. They did a great job cleaning out the air ducts. He was very communicative. I called him and asked him questions and he gave me great information and advice.

I had to reschedule the first appointment & they were very understanding ( I did give them a few days notice). They day of the appointment they were running behind so they called to see if that was & I told them it was fine. However they were a bit later than I expected, but I did tell them it was okay. They were fast & efficient & finished within the estimated 2 1/2 hours. I was just let down for 2 reasons. First, they did not wear shoe covers. We have 75% carpet and I was just really surprised that they would not wear shoe covers. I have not had any other company -even cable or internet not wear them. Secondly, there was one vent that they didn't seem to clean thoroughly because it required moving a furniture piece. This was probably my fault but I had never had this work done and was given no indication of how to prepare. t I had to ask how things looked.When spending the money to get this done I would have expected some type of review of what they saw and what to do next. I had to ask for this information. Based on my overall experience, I would choose another company next time.

Very professional. Covered all the vents and did a thorough job. We were impressed that even the president of the company still rolls up his sleeves and works along side his employees. Great people. Will use again.

rick arrived promptly and started to work right away. blocking existing duct work. and then began the cleaning process. no breaks, just worked steadily. two and a half hours later, the job was done. we're anticipating cleaner air circulating in our house. very satisfied.

they were a little late in arriving but got right to work and did a great job of cleaning the main trucks and duct lines. They were even able to get into one of the trunk lines that was all boxed in except for an end. The air flow was much better after they were completed. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves but did miss one room in the basement. I had to call them back because a duct line had disconnected from the main trunk and it needed more than one person to put it back together. I ended up taping some of the joints myself. I think they may want to add this to the job they do because in older homes the duct lines can come apart or loose as they clean them.

They did a fine job. The owner was heading out so he picked up a new air filter for me. I have no complaints on their service.

They will not be recommended to anyone in my circles.

When they showed up, they explained what they were going to do and did it. They closed off the vents and returns and cleaned the heating and air ducts. They answered all of my questions and offered suggestions as they went along. My dryer was taking several dry cycles to dry clothes. They disconnected the dryer venting from the wall and cleaned out the vent. it was a vent that went up to the top side of the house. They then went outside and checked the outside opening to make sure the airflow was good. A ladder had to be used to do this. My original connector from the dryer to the ventilation system was in bad condition so they replaced it. Upon completion they cleaned up so that no signs of their work was left behind.

No complaints. Did an excellent job. I had the ducts cleaned prior to having new carpeting installed. They informed me I should have waited to have the ducts cleaned until after having the carpet installed.

They were on-time and very professional. We would use them again.

I emailed Rick on Tuesday to explain my situation. He emailed me back the next day and got more details. He was here on Friday to do the work. I was glad he was willing to come all the way from Westlake to Macedonia, as trying to find someone who specializes in dryer vents is sort of tricky. The job wasn't hard - it's actually a straight shot from the dryer. But a couple of people had tried to help me with it and just couldn't figure it out. Since we do so much laundry here, I wanted it done RIGHT. Rick came out and did the job in under an hour. He used two elbows and a flexible yet rigid pipe. He taped all of the joints. When he was done he checked the flow from the outside, and also leveled the dryer. Since the dryer had been moved - by me, before he got there - he was nice enough to ask if it was in the right location. I told him it all looked great and now I look forward to the extra efficiency that a nice straight, tight vent pipe will give my dryer. The reason I gave a B for price is simply because I wish I didn't have to pay so much for a simple solution. It's only really over-priced because I had to pay for the convenience of having a pro do it. The B for punctuality was because he was an hour later than he'd thought he'd be.

It was great. Rick Strah, the owner, and an assistant showed up on time and comlpleted the work in a timely fashion. They were professional, courteous and competent.

The work was schedule within 2 weeks of my call. They arrived on time and were very professional. The first thing they did after asking me to turn off the furnace was go through each room in my house and place plastic over every heating duct, and every cold-air exchange vent. Only when this was done did they turn on the vacuum that cleaned out the duct work. They were at my house for about 2-3 hours, and were very thorough, checking every section of duct work. What surprised me most was that I had not vaccuumed or dusted my house in several days because I thought this process would stir up so much dust that it would be easier to just wait until after they'd left to clean. There was NO dust or dirt or anything when they were done - my house looked just the same as when they arrived. Because they covered all vents, all of the dirt and debris was just sucked out of my house. The experience was 100% positive. Even now, a week later, I can definitely tell the difference in the cleanliness of the air in our house and the lack of dust. This was a great investment, and Advanced Air Duct Cleaning was a great contractor. We highly recommend them to anyone.

They were very polite and professional. Rick was wonderful. He is the only one that I spoke with that had a print out of the work that would be done and he explained every step of the process. It was very clean. When he was caulking the registers, he noticed that his caulk was white while the my paint was an off white. He came back the next day with the right color of caulk. My home is 67 years old and it has never had the vents and air ducts cleaned.

I call them on Friday, and they were able to come out on Monday due to a cancellation. It was an outstanding experience! I was very nervous about it, because I have had a bad experience in the past with another company. I am very glad that I chose these guys! They spent 5 hours here, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Couldn't be more pleased. Will definitely use them again, and when my air ducts need to be cleaned I will call them. A little higher priced then the other companies I called, but they also did the job to my satisfaction.

The overall experience went well. We felt we needed our system cleaned after we had our insulation upgraded and our house resided. Our job was delayed several several times because of the vendors equipment problems, e.g. belt failure on their vacuum system.

They were able to come out the same day that I called due to a cancellation. The two men came when they said they would and worked efficiently. I was happy with the job. My only complaint was that I wished they had asked me how to reposition the washer and dryer as they had moved it and I am unable to get it back to the way I had it. Small compaired to everything else. I asked them to replace the outside screen on the vent. Although they did not have the right part with them, they returned later in the day and put it on. And because it was outside, they did not need me to be here to do it.

Went well. Cleaned up after themselves well.
