They were thorough. There were up charges because we had more vents, but our vents are clean. The interactions with them were good and the work turned out good.

Rick Straw and his team to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. Rick arrived with his crew at the scheduled time and did a very good and efficient job. They sealed all cold air returns and methodically worked through the system. Weeks later, we had our furnace inspected by another contractor who commented about the quality work that Advanced Air Duct Solutions had done.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! They were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves! We had to have the ducts cleaned because we just renovated the whole house. We put in a new HVAC system and didn't want dirt and dust to be blown into the house. These guys were awesome! There was so much buildup in the vents from the remodel, I was horrified! They took the extra time to make sure each duct was properly cleaned. They could have come in and just did the basic vent cleaning, but I really feel they went above and beyond to make sure they removed all dirt, dust and debris. Its so hard to find good contractors out here and you can really tell they take pride in what they do. I've always said a persons work will sell their service and we will definitely use this company for any of our future duct cleaning needs!

This was the second visit to my home. On the first, the lead technician, Andrew (?), found asbestos on the exposed ducts and the service was subsequently canceled and my money refunded. Kim in the office is very friendly and helpful, btw. Once the exposed duct work was replaced, I bought the deal again and had them come out to the house. Andrew came back and was very knowledgeable and professional. His helper, however, was not so fastidious and I had to point out one of the ducts was not operating as he said it was. Andrew helped me track down the problem and advised me to call the HVAC company. Overall, it was a positive experience and the air from the ducts is definitely better! I would hire them again.

A job well done! The two guys doing the work knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned all ducts, some took longer to do (they really had to work awhile to clean the main return duct) since the house (aprox 55 yrs old) never had the ducts cleaned. They cleaned all register vents when they were through and sanitized. I recommend Advanced Air Duct Solutions to anyone looking to have the air ducts cleaned.

The service was very good. The people that showed up at my house was very considerate. they started to work immediately and when they were completed, the area was cleaned. The only issue that I had was with the equipment that they used. The day of the service I received a call stating that "their" big truck was not working and they will be bringing in smaller machines that needed to be brought into the house. I am not sure if there is any difference on the service if they would had used the big truck. other than that, they did an excellent job.

Company showed up with small equipment on pickup truck. My husband sent them away. 2 weeks later returned with larger equipment on trailer.Nothing like advertised. They did have large vacuum. I asked about camera, and he doesn't have it. I wanted him to use whip, he said he would do it better with vacuum alone. He keep giving me run around. I insisted on whip for floor vents but to no avail. I was told that this is a discount service when I was trying to reschedule after first time. I was patient but never got what was offered. I fully recommend Advanced Air Duct Solutions. They were professional from the start. They provided me with a time that worked with my schedule, and made a follow up call to confirm the appointment. I received calls the morning of the appointment as well to confirm their arrival time. When Andrew and Matt showed up they were polite and took necessary measures to make sure that the house stayed clean and that they avoided damaging our new paint job. They had no problem with me asking questions and checking out their work. They walked through the house with me explaining what the job would entail, demonstrating how each step would be handled. Andrew also went above and beyond to address a potentially hazardous dryer vent situation. At the end they walked through the house and made sure everything was returned to its proper place and that the furnace had been sealed satisfactorily. It was a very positive experience over all.

I SIGNED UP WITH AL AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A COUPON. I WAS REQUIRED TO PAY UP FRONT WHICH I WAS OK WITH UNTIL I FOUND OUT THAT THE COMPANY WAS BOOKED. THE COMPANY DID CALL ME BACK RIGHT AWAY AND PUT ME ON THEIR SCHEDULED. THE 2 MEN THAT CAME WERE PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GOOD JOB. I JUST DON'T LIKE PAYING AHEAD FOR ANYTHING LET ALONE 3 WEEKS. MIKE K

I was very pleased with all of the services. They did the work efficiently, and our air conditioner is working so much better since they cleaned out the dust. It is working better than it has worked in years.

The Advanced Air Duct Solutions folks are great. Kim and the team arrived on time. Their technicians have HVAC training, so they could properly stop/restart my furnace for their work. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I learned that my particular furnace filters can just be vacuumed and re-used, so thank you, Kim, for the cost-saving tip! There was no mess anywhere. They were patient with my two Labrador retrievers, who were trying very hard to "assist" the team as they moved between the house and the garage. I definitely recommend Advanced Air Duct Solutions.

The team worked quickly and efficiently. The Angie's List deal was for 16 registers and $15 for each beyond that. Much to my surprise, there were 19 more in the house. So the job was a lot bigger than they or we expected. They worked very hard, protecting the wall to wall carpeting and doing a thorough job. I recommend them. They were also very accommodating to my schedule.

One day over the winter I decided to open a cold air return and take a photo to see how dirty our ducts were. Not exaggerating, there was 1 1/2 inches of hair, dirt and who knows what else. We keep our house very clean so we were kind of shocked with the outcome. When it got warm enough, I called Advanced Air Ducts to come clean everything. The total process took about 2-3 hours but it was worth every minute with what they pulled out. Ray said there was a bunch of debris along with the normal dust and dirt in the lines. Both Ray and Matt were very polite and did a very thorough job. Later that day I took an after photo of the duct and it was spotless. I can not say enough good things about these guys and what they do. THANK YOU!!!!

Superior in every way. Simply the best in home service ever! Two young men, Ray and Matt arrived as scheduled, and immediately set to work. They were professional, polite, and respectful....even covered their shoes with disposable plastic shoe covers. They had the correct equipment and tools, made a point to explain and show me what they were doing and the problems that were corrected. And they cleaned up and replaced items that had to be moved. I will be recommending this company to family, friends and co-workers.

called on 10-29-13 to schedule cleaning told kim I was having new furnace and air conditioner installed on 11-11-13 so she fit me into a Saturday morning 11-9-13. rick and ray arrived ontime looked over what was to be done and suggested that it would better if they came out when furnace was removed to clean ducts called furnace people and said they would work around them everything went smoothly they are true professionals. .

Great, great work. Total professionals. Cleaned each duct, sanitized, and wiped each one down. Couldn't be happier.
