Description of Work: There was some equipment mix-up at the initial appointment for which I had taken time off work, so Kim and Rick were kind enough to reschedule their evaluation and quote ASAP the following Saturday with no charge. They were thorough in their evaluation, explained how the work would be done in detail, and explained their perception of the current condition of the ducts. While we have not yet made a decision about having the work done, Kim and Rick were very professional in their overall approach and responded quickly when we had follow-up questions. I also received feedback from outside HVAC teams that AirDuctSolutions did quality work, so they seem to have additional credibility from unrelated professionals.

Excellently!!
Description of Work: I had all my air ducts cleaned: branch runs, main trunk lines, supply & return registers, air washing of the furnace with the removal of any debris. The crew arrived as was agreed in a timely and professional manner. They explained the process of the cleaning. Since I had never had this done to my home before, I really appreciated this. As members of my family have asthma, I felt this was a procedure that we needed to have done. They set to work immediately, and continued until completion with the least amount of discomfort to the folks in my home. Upon completion, they showed me what had been found in my ducts (which was quite sizeable) and placed a new filter in my furnace in order to collect any additional debris that would continue to circulate due to the cleaning. I would recommend this treatment to any one especially with any breathing or lung disabilities. This was my first time, but certainly not my last. I would recommend Advanced to any one who required this service.

RICK WAS POLITE AND INFORMATIVE WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT HIS WORK. HE AND ANDREW DID A VERY THROUGH JOB CLEANING ALL MY DUCTS WITHIN THE TIME FRAME GIVEN. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE AND THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY ACCIDENTALLY BROKE A CEILING TILE WHILE THEY WERE WORKING AND THE OWNER JUMPED IN HIS CAR AND WENT TO BUY ANOTHER ONE TO REPLACE IT RIGHT AWAY. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
