What little service they have provided was not even worth the initial service fee. It took almost a month for them to get us the estimate and it was so overpriced. We have yet to get the estimate for the other property they looked at. We had a local company cap the chimney for a 10th of the price they quoted us. We received nothing for our money."

"Based on peering into the attic - they did not go into it- they claimed mice were there above my bedroom. Two weeks later and a couple unsuccessful calls and one email, the problem continues and I’ve been forced to vacate the room because of the constant gnawing noises. Company has not responded to my pleas, and problem remains. I was so grateful they showed up and took them at their word that the issue would be resolved in 1-2 weeks, I tipped them for a total of $175; was billed $158. The company’s rep was nice and seemed to care. I wrongly believed they were a godsend."
