World Class Services

I have a split HVAC system that is comprised of Geothermal and Fuel Oil Boiler. My previous HVAC company no longer services my area. Not all HVAC companies service both of these energy sources. I was happy to find that World Class Service of Westerville, OH claimed to provided service for both systems. I had them do a seasonal tuneup on my boiler. The technician was polite and seemed knowledgeable. The service was reasonably priced and preformed in a timely manner. Having been encouraged by my experience I requested pricing to replace a non functioning zone valve and modification to the zone. I was told that someone would get back to me the following week. Monday of the 2nd week I called their office and informed them I had not been contacted. I was told this would be looked into and someone would return my call. A second week has now passed and I have not heard a word from World Class Services. I feel, at a minimum, a company representative should have reached out to communicate their willingness or ability to address my needs. I find it infuriating when companies claim to do things that they don’t and then don’t have the gumption to say so. The 2 star rating is not for the service that has been done but for that which hasn’t.

Shane was the installer and Bryan was his boss. They Both were amazing. Explained everything and they were Fantastic. Very fair price and the service was top notch. They followed up since the system was installed and will be back Free of charge to check the system in the spring. They were true Professionals. This is a no brainer to go with World Class Services for all your needs. Thx Ron

World class services has no equal! It wasn't just them fixing my AC, it was how they made me feel and how personal they were with my wants and needs. Fantastic customer service. I will absolutely use them again for my other properties.
