Miss Kay who is the local manager is wonderful! She is a true advocate of the tenants who live in the building. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that the property is maintained to the best of her ability. However the corporate management leaves much to be desired. I have written to them expressing my concerns and never received a response. There about the lack of security that is in our building, the secure keypad code is given to every tenant and all of the caretakers who need to go in and check on some of the disabled residents. This code is never changed after staffing or resident changes. There are no cameras on the doors to see if persons are propping doors open, or what vandalism may be going on. Recently we have had break-ins with thieves stealing Christmas decor, and a flat screen TV that was bolted to the wall. Last week our mail boxes were vandalized and we have heard nothing from management about what is being done to correct it leaving Miss Kay hand delivering all the mail for the three floor building on top of all her other tasks. Due to the poor pay and benefits the company offers a super or maintenance man is nearly impossible to keep on staff. There is standing water outside due to broken waterspouts, water collecting in the elevator shaft, and grounds that are in constant need of being mowed and trimmed. If it weren't for Miss Kay being a constant advocate for us I would have moved our long ago.
