Description of Work: We just moved into a new house and as soon as the weather turned warm, it was evident that we needed a new air conditioner. Westin was recommended by a friend and they were a God send. Their people from top to bottom were very thorough and courteous, and they treated our project like it was their own house. They even replaced a furnace in our attic that seemed to be difficult to access and they did it flawlessly. On top of that their prices were the best we found. I won't use anyone else.

Description of Work: We were getting estimates. they had the best prices. they were very professional and responsive. small company that will one day be big I suspect as they are going to be successful. very courteous and helpful. we did not end up using them to install new AC in our home but would not hesitate using them or recommend them. in the end I found that their techs were not certified by ACCA or NATE and thus I was just a little unsure. I talked to owner. he was very apologetic and understood my position. said that he would look into having his techs get certified. I believe when they do and are listed by these certification associations they will be the company that will earn your business and you will be very pleased.

Description of Work: Performed emergency service call to restore heat for faulty service. Company was extremely responsive, and service staff was extremely professional.
