Overall it was a great experience and this company provided exceptional service at a great price.

They were really nice. They were on time and professional. They were quick and it worked. My house had been really dry and uncomfortable. Now the humidity stays at a comfortable range. I would use them again.

The company gave us a competitive bid to replace our heating and AC units. They were able to schedule the work on a timely basis and the installers were able to complete the installation in one day. Their work was done in a professional manner and they cleaned up well after completing the installation.After the installation we requested they move the thermostat to another location and they responded very quickly. Overall we were very pleased with the work and their responsiveness.

The bottom line was not the bottom line that was supposed to be. The quote was based on rebates and everything; it did not give me a feeling that I was getting a deal. The other companies did not talk about the rebates. My overall experience with them wasn’t too good. The problem I had was that, they had a new person who was trying to sell the unit. The other people who came here knew more about furnaces, what needed to be done; they examined the systems much thoroughly. They came on time. I wouldn’t consider them for another quote in the future.

My coworker came in all upset because it's the hottest day of the year , with temps. in the 90's and heat indexes over 100. Plus here in Ohio the humidity is so high. His wife runs a baby sitting service out of her home, and had several infants to care for and no AC. She called Westin and they said they were booked but would send someone out anyway. The service tech got there within about an hour and had it fixed quickly. She said he was nice and professional and explained what he did not only to fix the AC , but also to help prevent the problem in the future. The price was reasonalbe esp. considering they were called at the last minute and it was imperative to have the AC working again. I would recommend them because they care about people, especially those in tough situations.

They did not charge me anything to do the estimate. They were very professional. There was actually nothing wrong with them but it’s just that another company came with a lower quote and therefore I went with them. There was a difference of a couple hundred bucks. They were very good and very professional. They are a local company. There was a young gentleman who came out and that does not mean that they are better and different. They did what they needed to do. They were responsive and they were back in a couple of days. I will use their services again in the future.

By the time he got here, the blower had started working on its own. He was very nice and my husband asked him for a price on doing some ductwork. He said he'd talk to his boss and someone would call us. Nobody ever called. They called a couple of weeks ago and came out last week. The men were very nice and were here for several hours working on the ducts. They did a great job and it's cooler in the front of the house...you can really feel a difference. Thank you!

I was referred to Westin Air from a friend at work. We had been having problems with our heat pump and decided to replace it. We got an estimate from the company that had been out for the repairs, but they were very expensive. My friend suggested calling Westin and we were so glad that we did!! Their price was better than the other company's and the service was outstanding! Wes came out and gave me a quote on a Sunday, and explained everything in detail. The installers were very courteous and neat and clean. They left the work area spotless and we are very pleased with our new system. I have recommended Westin to a few of my neighbors and they have all been very pleased, also.

Call for sevice was placed to Westin Air on our furnance and call was answered by part owner Wes. I was told tha he would have a tech out the next day at 0930 and the tech arrived on time with a neat uniform and a clean well marked service van. The Tech introduced him self to me and was clean and well groomed. Tech wasted no time and got right to work and assested and fixed the problem. Tech was knowledgeable and I felt hat he treated the customer fair with his time and assestment of the problem. I had been told that I would most likely have to buy a new motor or unit and I feel that the tech did a excelant job over all and was fair and ethical in his practices. Westin Air seems to be a company who still practices business the way America was built with honesty and integrity.

Our heat pump stopped working and needed a replacement part which was very expensive. Our heat pump was 12 years old so we chose not to replace the part, but to replace the entire heat pump and furnace. They were able to come right out in the "heat" of the busy season and provide us with an estimate, lower than our other two quotes. They also were able to install the product within days of our agreement. This was much sooner than the competitors, which were scheduling a week or so out. They explained everything to us and worked with us to get financing for this project. Justin and Seth worked diligently to help us with our decision and later, our installation. They were professional, patient and thorough. I would highly recommend using them if you are in the market for a new heat pump, furnance or both. Great company with great people!!

After having our furnace running for a couple of months, my husband and I noticed that our house and air felt very dry and we were concerned because we have a baby grand piano and we didn't want the wood to be damaged by the dry heat. We shopped around for different heating/cooling companies for a humidifer and were recommended Westin Air by a friend. Their prices were very competitive and they were able to schedule a service call within a couple of days. As a woman, I usually prefer to have my husband home when I have a service man coming to the house, however, my husband's work schedule did not allow for him to be home. I felt very comfortable with the service man and was very impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. Now that it has been almost 2 weeks since our humidifer was installed and we already have noticed that our home is much more comfortable and the heat is less dry. I will definitely use Westin Air again for any heating/cooling work and would recommend them!
