We decided to switch out our Electric furnace with a Gas system. After doing research and getting 7 estimate we went with Westin. We really liked the fact they were a family run business and their prices were very competitive! They suggested a plummer, Tom Rubel, and after getting a number of estimates we went with him. So glad we did!. From start to finish the whole experience went smoothly. Laura, in the office, helped get the paperwork together so all the credits and rebates were completed. We even qualified for a 15 month interest free loan from Fifth Third. We do not have enough good things to say about Wes and his team! No subcontracting.

Installers, Jason, Shawn & Gene from Westin Air did a super job from start to completion. Tarped floor to keep clean, gave instructions on installed products. All work great, especially air cleaner products, as my allergies are better and less dust. *Wes Shankland, owner of Westin Air, is the best! Explained everything well. Had another company quote but went with Westin Air due to answering all questions in detail, and better price.

First, since this service call was on a Sat, we were amazed that we received a call back from our voice mail within 10 minutes by Justin. Second, he committed to having someone at our house within two hours. Justin called 30 minutes before coming over and fixed our air conditioner within 30 minutes. It turned out to be a bad conductor part. He had it fixed promptly with an even better conductor that had a cover on it that would also keep bugs out of the compressor unit. We were back up and running with cool air within two hours of our first call. Westin Air repaired our air conditioner in prior years and we would not hesitate to use them again in the future for any heating and cooling issues. They are prompt, reasonably priced and very thorough in their service.

Everything was great from start to finish. Rich cleaned and inspected the furnace and answered all my questions thoroughly. He came out a few days later and installed the humidifier again explaining things thoroughly. Very professional.

Wes came out and explained everything very thorough and schedule appointment for his guys to come out and do the insulation. From start to finish these guys are very professional.

Technicians arrived on time and worked hard for one and half days. They were friendly and professional.

Jason and Sean arrived within 20 minuetes of their service window opening. They went to work immediately and worked 10 straight hours. They were careful of my home and thorough in their work.

AC unit was freezing up and not cooling house. Westin Air checked it out and diagnosed leaks in the copper coils by shooting dye through the unit and tracing the dye several weeks later. Westin recommended replacing the coils with a new aluminum coil unit instead. Installation took 3.5 hours by Seth who was very professional and took time to explain things in great detail so we understood exactly what work was being done. He also confirmed that other customers with Amana AC units had been through the same problems with leaky coils. Although they had quoted $225 to repair the venting stack because the prior heating & cooling contractor had not installed it properly, we luckily found out that once the new aluminum unit was installed that it fit better and resulted in the venting stack not needing any repair at all. That saved us the $225 and we appreciated that Westin saved us this expense. We would absolutely use them again or recommend them to others.

WESTIN AIR completed the original Service Call a few weeks prior, when we found to have a problem with our Air Compressor. We requested an Estimate for both: Part Replacement and System Replacement. The Service Tech went back to his Office and we receive the Estimate in a timely manner. We then requested the same two (2) Estimates from six (6) other AC and Heating Service companies. We found that WESTIN AIR, not only came in with the lowest Estimate, but was the MOST professional and not attempting to sell us Parts/Systems that we did not want or why we should want to pay such a High Price for any Replacement . WESTIN AIR did provide us with Expert Information and an analysis of our current System (as a whole) which allowed us to make our own decision on what WE wanted to Replace now or later. When the Install type and date was agreed upon, WESTIN AIR's office continued to keep in contact providing us with an ETA for the Install Techs. They arrived "ON TIME" and continued to work throughout the day. When it was close to 5:00 pm, they found to have a little more work to do, but had no intentions of leaving before they were completely finished. Because the work was both INDOORS and OUTDOORS, the Service Techs put down Tarps to protect the Indoor Flooring. Work was completed as agreed and has been working without problems. And, last of all, when paying for the Service, found the Invoice to be even lower then Estimated. We will indeed Refer WESTIN AIR to others.

Extremely prompt service call & scheduling very professional; on the day of installation.

Westin was very prompt in responding to our initial call. They thoroughly explained what the problem was and offered various options. I had already received one other estimate so I had a comparison to compare with. Bottom line was I received upgraded equipment at a lower cost that the first service company. They were able to start the job quickly and completed the installation in a timely and professional manner. They completely explained the operation instructions and proper maintenance procedures. The equipment works better than expected and we are very happy with it. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Very professional and affordable. The men who came and spent the day installing a complete system were punctual and professional. They gave us good advice on which option of ventilating the high efficiency furnace to choose. it was rainy the day of installation and they had to spend time outside installing the a/c but no mud or dirt was tracked inside. We are happy with our new system.

Seth has come out to our house for the last three years to do a tune-up on the furnace and air-conditioner. It is always a very pleasant experience. He is professional, knowledgeable, and honest.

They did not push anything on us. Really liked their salesperson. She was extremely knowledgable and was great to work with. They came and installed as promised, got us lots of rebates and stuff too which was great. They installed our pretty new Aprilaire humidifier that wasn't 6 months old. They did not push anything that was extremely pricey and helped us evaluate for value. We really liked them.

They were very responsive & provided a competitive quote, but due to the unusual challenges of our old house & existing concrete plenum, we opted to use an alternate contractor.

On the hottest day of the year our ac broke. We were told the wait could be 6-8 hours. An hour later our ac was running at a reasonable price.

They are pretty competitive. They are professional and thorough. I am very impressed.
