Description of Work: They remodeled both my guest bath, new tub, faucets and new walls with ceramic tile all the way to ceiling and in our master bath new faucets walls, floor pan ceramic tile to the ceiling and installed new shower doors. Excellent job done, excellent tile work. Jerry is very organized and runs a very professional business. I would use them again and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: After 4 attempts to get other contractors to my home to repair my bath room tile, I called Urban Upkeep. I am so glad to have found this wonderful service provider. Urban Upkeep kept every appointment in a timely professional manner. The work was done beautifully. I had been told since this was a patch job, things might not match. The job was so well done that you can not tell where the patching was done. I highly recommend this company.

+ 2 moreJerry and team did a great job. The work was well done and completed in a timely manner. Jerry was very good about communicating when the work would take place and they were able to complete everything quickly. The guys who performed the work were friendly and courteous.
Description of Work: We were preparing our house to list it for sale. The list of work to be done was varied and included painting the trim/porch areas outside, siding repair, trim work inside, some caulking, and replacing a toilet flange.

+ 0 moreJerry quickly responded to my request for an estimate. Once we agreed upon cost and materials, we set up a date for each door installation. They were very nice and professional and the doors were installed with no problems.
Description of Work: I had two new back doors installed and tandem windows removed. I ended up paying for labor since I purchased most of the materials (including the new doors) myself from Home Depot.
